Stop boring people with useless meetings. There’s a better way!

I don’t remember how long it went, but I had a session on Google Meet back in 2020 that absolutely went more than four hours. The meeting organizer insisted we go item by item through an entire program (multiple project team) backlog because things had gotten disorganized.
Eventually, even the meeting organizer got tired and called it.
We never did end up grooming that backlog…
