ACL & Meniscus Surgery and Recovery | My Experience, What to Expect and Top Tips | UK - NHS [HD]

This is my experience with my ACL & Meniscus surgery and recovery, with details on what happened and what you can expect.
I had surgery under the NHS in the United Kingdom in July 2019 and I was back playing football a year later in July 2020.
Having been in the position of being unsure of what to expect myself, I wanted to put something together to share my experiences for anyone to view and take inspiration from. When doing my own research, I found a lot of TH-cam and online article coverage on this to be mainly from the USA, and although the principles remain the same, the experience, particularly under the NHS, is somewhat different.
