Can you use store bought egg whites in a carton?
I don’t recommend it as they typically don’t whip well. 😔
I wished I would have known this. My cake batter is so water down. I’m thinking is due to egg whites (box liquid). Ugh 😩. Well you live and you learn.
Can I add strawberry extract?
That could work. You won't have the traditional angel food flavor and if the extract is tinted it will change the color of your cake. :)
what happens if you use a different pan?
Your cake won't really turn out unless you use this type of pan. :(
