Thank you. Too many people are chronically online nowadays and it's toxic. Even I've been struggling with it in the past five or six years to be completely honest and have only just recently starting trying to dig myself out of it (quite hard though but I think I'll get there).
Trust me, I totally get it. I've gone down so many internet rabbit holes over the past five to six years myself and at some point I realized that a lot of it is really sensationalized and bad for you. But we can get away from this toxic culture, just take it one day at a time!
Kinda funny that you uploaded this when you did cause I just yesterday watched a supernatural horror movie called pulse which is meant as a metaphor for the negative effects of the Internet.
