I can't tell you how many young men in today's world say "I'm trying to find myself".....10th Generation Dairyman videos should be required watching in schools so our youth can learn what good work ethics are all about. Our country needs more men like Eric! Thanks for all you do for us, your videos are always top notch!
I don't think it's about good work ethics for young man AND women. We are constantly told that we should study well to become a doctor, get As cause that's what is most important for the first 20years of your life.

That's why people are trying to "find themselves" as they do what society tells them and get a degree ect and after doing all that they're put into a job that they don't like and therefore have a iffy work ethic.

I like that you respect the privacy of crew that doesn't want to be filmed. So many don't and just act like if you step outside, they're entitled to be filmed and put up on their TH-cam. o7 for having some basic human decency and respecting the camera shy.
And maybe they also don't want the "experts" to be going off how they would do this or that differently or correctly. Everyone's an experienced engineer in these comments sometimes

I like that you're respectful of the other workers doing the concrete work, how they might not want to be filmed. as a viewer I still get the idea of what's going on by the way you're filming all of it so it's not a problem at all.
Forgot to tell you like how you keep all your equipment in barn neat and out of the weather . It’s nice that you show uses what all goes on with the new pit and how they do stuff and not get in their way to respect them . Sorry about losing footage you wanted to show uses that’s okay . Like all video’s you put out it’s the thought that counts.

Love the new barn progress! As County Feedlot Officer I review the permit application as well as the pit plans and inspect the concrete during its different stages so I really enjoy watching a project come together.

We plant a 75/25 alfalfa grass mixture in the initial seeding. It thickens our hay field and we don’t go back in later to plant the grass. You also won’t get the weeds like dandelions. The swaths dry down faster during harvest and it makes a better ration for the dairy cows. Great videos , we enjoy watching.
My wife wanders by and notices me watching a guy seeding a field or scraping the feed lane, and thinks I'm strange. But it's better than if I'm watching political stuff, which she hates. Marital harmony is important!

I was going to ask "why use two different drills", but then thought "meh, I'll wait, he usually does a good job explaining" and not even two minutes later you explained why one drill was better than another. The best trick I've found for hooking up to a clevis hitch like the grain drill. Use a high lift jack to lift the hitch and hook a 30 inch tarp strap to the clevis and the other end where the 3 point attaches to the tractor. It keeps the hitch up so you can back into it the first time, every time.

That was a good thing to find that coke in the seeder pretty good . Your pits coming rite along . The fields are turning green all around your farm. I have a big alfalfa feild in behind my house it's a big one more like 100 acres or more .
I've been watching your videos for awhile now. And it just amazes me what has to be done to produce a gallon of milk. It's very interesting to see the day to day operations that goes into your farm.
