Cool- Toro versus Grasshopper Mowers. The two titans of lawn care- will be interesting. If your Grasshopper is diesel, it will probably win- otherwise, will be a close call as they are both good. I say titans of lawn care because I manage residential properties with 188 acres of lawn and 6 different lawn contractors and speak with them frequently- and their equipment and preferences.

I think you will find that the mower handles pretty much as quick as a quarter horse. I've herded cows with them when they jumped a cattle guard and got in the yard. The last one was a little nervous about jumping back over, so she squared up on me...at that point I realized how tall she was and how small the mower was and how much I wished I was on a horse...fortunately, the mower also goes backward pretty quick too...have fun...thanks for the video.

Nice to see you pasture your cows some. I watch a couple other farm channels and those cows never get pastured. After seeing how these cows react it is pretty evident they really enjoy the pasture.
My three boys and myself love watching your videos and today they got to sit in your New Holland at a auction. Would have been great to meet you there but we missed the tractor when it was selling.
You had the best luck with that oil filter. It always supposed to be hand tight, when i took apart a little lawnmower engine that was burning oil, i had to drill a hole through the filter and put a breaker bar in it just to get it off. People just like to tighten those things so much

@@thomasdaily4363 Yeah, you could hear the hollow metallic sound as he threaded the filter on... it wasn't filled and the o-ring wasn't lubed. The thing is though, that's probably perfectly fine... at least the o-ring part. Oil is very quickly displaced from under an o-ring anyway. Filling the filter though... that I would definitely recommend since otherwise you will have a short period where the engine is starved of lubrication after starting it up.
It looks like you have a pretty good idea of what you want in the new building and surrounding areas. The cows are out to have a little recess.Thanks for the great video.
I love your videos Eric. I used to work at a dairy farm in Michigan. They milked 375 cows in a two side 8 milk house. The thing was they were terrible with there money. They keeped buying more and more cows and not have enough feed for them and it would run out in the middle of July. Last year they bought two new tractors and they bought a new one this year. And now they are finally bankrupt 🏦. Class 7 and 11. The farm for years was beautiful but in 2018 one of the farm owners died and there young owner was hired into the family business and made it look horrible and spent all the money the farm had. And now they are bankrupt. It’s sad. I’m happy to see you guys doing so well and upgrading and keeping up on your farm. I wish the farm I worked at was run like yours. But beggars can’t be choosers. Keep up the good work. Great video

I have that problem with CAT C15 500KvA generators the filter is so big you can hammer a crow bar right through them to spin em off!
