Eric, it's a pleasure to watch you and your father care for your cows. People just pick-up a gallon of milk at the store never realizing what goes into getting that milk to the store. All the work your family puts into dairy farming is just amazing. You have a faithful follower in nj.

I told him that was gonna get him in some deep manure, lol. Love watching your videos, I miss the time I spent helping with the herds while milking. Hello Eric, I'm a Canadian dairy farmer and really appreciate and respect how you guys farm. I thought I'd pass on something I learned from another dairy farmer regarding making feed. You would probably need to upgrade your digi-star scale on your mixer with recipe buttons and a number pad. I'm assuming you guys are doing a lot of math everyday with every ingredient. I have digi-star scale that you can make a number of different recipes (rations). It was little confusing at first but pretty slick when setup. So Recipe 1 is for my one group milking cow group and Recipe 2 is my dry cow ration. You program whatever ingredients and however many to each recipe and how much on a per cow basis. When all setup you can simply start the recipe and adjust how many cow ration you wanna make and it does the rest! Hope this helps you out if at all! :)

I wonder if running them new tires that are obviously new with taller tread an still running the old bald ones at back will effect the drive train like it would on a wheel drive truck .. cause it would change the heat ratio somewhat .. but maybe as long as the tires can slip on dirt gravel an cement it be ok .. if they could not slip that’s when damage could occur .. always enjoy your videos An look forward to the new construction videos too
