I just made this for breakfast. Didn't have any limoncello so i just used lemon juice, and i ended up scrambling the eggs a little, but it was so smooth and creamy and just awesome. might try it with like rum chatta or something next time

I made this and it came out wonderful. The only difference is I made sure to heat it up to 165 for 15 seconds to make sure there were no bacteria. Delicious with amaretti cookies.
