Biceps Tenodesis and SLAP repair surgery #10 - 5 days after surgery

Still feeling great. No pain whatsoever. I've got only 4 small incisions from my surgery - I do not have a longer incision near my armpit like other biceps tenodesis patients I've seen. My surgeon prescribed basically 100% in my sling/brace for 4 weeks, and I'm listening to him strictly. I don't want to mess up anything he's done, and I want my shoulder to heal as good as it possibly can, so I'm following his orders. 4 weeks 100% in the sling will be tough, but that's better than having to correct problems with a followup surgery (or having pain because it wasn't able to heal properly).

I left a comment earlier but I don’t think it took. I had bicep tenodesis surgery and loose bodies removed, bone Spurs removed and smoothed out the arthritis. But I’m wondering what is SLAP? Thank you.
Also my doc took me out of the sling on day 2. I’m 60 yr old female.
