Finally, someone shows how to move when facing away from the camera. That was incredibly helpful. I was able to catch on fast. Fantastic instructor

You are not supposed to lift your hip up on the 4. The hip rise on counts 4 and 8 come from pressing the foot the floor, straightening the knee.

bend your knees when doing the step and all you have to do is extend your one leg to push your hip up. :)

I think the secret is to bend the knees enough so the hip goes up and down
Bend the knees :) it will naturally move your hips without overdoing it.
