I'm in a wheelchair and 20 years ago I would follow along with Richard Simmons while sitting on the edge of the bed. I lost over 100 pounds that way. However my muscular disorder progressed to the point that I could no longer hold out to do the rigorous exercises. Then I just lost the desire, pep, enthusiasm to do any at all. Until tonight. I was searching for wheelchair yoga and I came across your video. I followed along as closely as possible and I'm in love. For the first time in years I am excited about exercising. The movements weren't too difficult or taxing on my muscles and the music was perfect. I can't wait until tomorrow so I can check out the full video on your website. Thank you so much for doing this and making it free to access. I have been needing to get moving for far too long and my body thanks you. God bless! 🙏 ❤
