The Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (Western DFC) will originate from Dadri in Uttar Pradesh, near Delhi. It will traverse through new railway lines via Dadri-Rewari, parallel to existing tracks through Narnaul, Sri Madhopur, and Reengus. Significant stations include Phulera, Marwar Junction, Palanpur, Ambli Road, Makarpura, Gothangam/Kosad, and Vasai Road before reaching its end at JNPT (Nhava Sheva Port) in Maharashtra's Raigad district. The Dadri-Rewari line includes a 1 km tunnel built to accommodate double-stacked containers. #wdfc #dfccil #shorts #railbridge
