मैं पिछले 5 सालों से भारतीय रेलवे में नौकरी करता हूं जहां तक मुझे पता है ट्रेन दुर्घटना बढाने का वजह ट्रेनों की मरम्मत करने वाले कर्मचारियों को वंदे भारत जैसी ट्रेनों के निर्माण में लगाया गया जिसकी वजह से स्टाफ की कमी हुई बोगी का मेंटेनेंस टाइम से नहीं हो पाया .

It is absolutely good that advanced trains like Vande Bharat, Vande Metro, Vande Sleeper are running but our track can run at a maximum speed of 120 kmph, therefore the old track should be converted into slab track and upgraded as soon as possible by adopting the technology of germany. It should be made operational from all four sides very fast. Trains are being made with speeds of 180, 200, 250 and we are stopping them and running them at 90, 100, 110, 150 and that too at some places. Our country will benefit a lot by making such a scheme.

You should focus on safety, punctuality and food of IR. Late running and rescheduling of trains have become a norm and the timetable is nothing but joke. Loots are going on by the caterers providing worst kind of food. Trains are scheduled to reach destinations at midnight causing security hazards to the passengers. Important Metropolitan cities like Kolkata -Chennai, Kolkata Hyderabad, Kolkata Ahmedabad, Kolkata Agartala are deprived of Duronto connections whereas in many routes trains are running half empty!
People still without ticket or without valid ticket entering in reserved coaches. (In some instances found ticket examiners involment) Find solution for this.
Upgrade the track up to 200kmph for mainline like Delhi Mumbai, Delhi Howrah, Mumbai Bengaluru Chennai, Kolkata Chennai, Mumbai Howrah, Delhi Chennai. Vande Bharat will be a waste if you only achieve 10-15kmph more average speed than normal train.

जुलाई 2021 से रेल मंत्री के रूप में अश्विनी वैष्णव के कार्यकाल में भारतीय रेलवे के विभिन्न आयामों में कई उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियाँ हासिल की गई हैं। विद्युतीकरण: पिछले दशक में 44,000 किलोमीटर से अधिक रेलवे लाइनों का विद्युतीकरण किया गया है, जिससे 640 करोड़ लीटर डीजल और 400 करोड़ किलोग्राम CO2 उत्सर्जन में कमी आई है, जो 16 करोड़ पेड़ लगाने के बराबर है। ट्रैक बिछाना: वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में 3,901 किलोमीटर नई पटरियाँ बिछाई गईं, जो भारतीय रेलवे के इतिहास में सबसे अधिक है। इसके अतिरिक्त, चालू वर्ष में 800 किलोमीटर से अधिक ट्रैक बिछाए जा चुके हैं। वंदे भारत ट्रेनें 102 वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनों की शुरूआत ने 284 जिलों को जोड़ते हुए 2.15 करोड़ से अधिक यात्रियों के लिए यात्रा की सुविधा प्रदान की है। सुरक्षा उपाय: इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरलॉकिंग सिस्टम का कार्यान्वयन 837 स्टेशनों (2004-2014) से बढ़कर 2,964 स्टेशनों (2014-2024) तक हो गया है। इससे रेल फ्रैक्चर में 85% की कमी आई है, जो 2013-14 में लगभग 2,500 से घटकर 2024 में केवल 324 रह गई है। अल्ट्रासोनिक परीक्षण रेलवे ट्रैक पर सुरक्षा उपायों को बढ़ाने के लिए 26.5 लाख से अधिक अल्ट्रासोनिक दोष पहचान परीक्षण किए गए हैं। विनिर्माण पहल: वर्तमान में 2,500 सामान्य ट्रेन कोचों का उत्पादन चल रहा है, अतिरिक्त 10,000 कोचों के लिए स्वीकृति के साथ, 50 अमृत भारत ट्रेनों के निर्माण की योजना है। मांग में वृद्धि के लिए विशेष ट्रेनें गर्मियों में यात्रा में वृद्धि को समायोजित करने के लिए, रेलवे ने यात्रियों की जरूरतों के अनुकूल अनुकूलनशीलता दिखाते हुए 10,000 से अधिक विशेष ट्रेनें चलाईं। पुल और ओवरपास: मंत्रालय ने नए ओवरब्रिज बनाने और मानवरहित रेलवे क्रॉसिंग को खत्म करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया है।
चार धाम रेल बिछाना.
चार धाम परियोजना के लिए पटरियाँ बिछाई जा रही हैं, ताकि चार पवित्र तीर्थस्थलों- गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री, केदारनाथ और बद्रीनाथ को जोड़ा जा सके, जिससे इस क्षेत्र में पहुँच में वृद्धि होगी।
हिमालयी और सीमावर्ती राज्यों में रेल बिछाना: जम्मू और कश्मीर, उत्तराखंड और अरुणाचल प्रदेश के चुनौतीपूर्ण इलाकों में महत्वपूर्ण ट्रैक बिछाए गए हैं, जिसमें दूरदराज के इलाकों में कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 1,500 किलोमीटर से अधिक ट्रैक बिछाए गए हैं।
1,339 रेलवे स्टेशनों का पुनर्विकास
अमृत भारत स्टेशन योजना का उद्देश्य पूरे भारत में 1,339 स्टेशनों का पुनर्विकास करना है, जिससे सुविधाएँ और यात्री अनुभव बेहतर होंगे।
समर्पित माल गलियारों का संचालन
परिचालन डीएफसी ने माल ढुलाई की दक्षता में सुधार किया है, वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 1,512 मीट्रिक टन (एमटी) का रिकॉर्ड माल लदान हुआ है, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 94 मीट्रिक टन अधिक है।
नए समर्पित माल ढुलाई गलियारे
बढ़ती माल ढुलाई मांग का समर्थन करने और प्रमुख व्यापार मार्गों पर तेज़ परिवहन की सुविधा के लिए नए डीएफसी का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।
अमृत भारत ट्रेनें: अमृत भारत ट्रेनों की शुरूआत ने राष्ट्रीय परिवहन नेटवर्क में योगदान करते हुए, अंतर-शहरी यात्रा विकल्पों में उल्लेखनीय सुधार किया है।
वंदे मेट्रो
शहरी गतिशीलता वंदे मेट्रो सेवा को छोटे मार्गों के लिए डिज़ाइन की गई आधुनिक ट्रेनों के साथ शहरी गतिशीलता को बढ़ाने के लिए शुरू किया जा रहा है।
पदों को भरने के लिए भर्ती
स्टाफ़िंग पहल: भारतीय रेलवे के विभिन्न विभागों में हज़ारों रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर भर्ती अभियान चल रहा है।
अतिरिक्त उपलब्धियाँ
विद्युतीकरण: वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 6,542 से अधिक रूट किलोमीटर (आरकेएम) का विद्युतीकरण किया गया, जो ब्रॉड गेज नेटवर्क के कुल लगभग 95% विद्युतीकरण को दर्शाता है।
ट्रैक बिछाना: वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में रिकॉर्ड 5,243 किलोमीटर नई लाइनें बिछाई गईं, औसतन लगभग 14.4 किलोमीटर प्रतिदिन।
सुरक्षा संवर्द्धन: इसी अवधि के दौरान 530 किलोमीटर में स्वचालित सिग्नलिंग को उन्नत किया गया तथा 538 स्टेशनों पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक इंटरलॉकिंग प्रणाली लागू की गई।

आदरणीय सर, रेल्वे की सेफ्टी के लिए सतर्कता आदेश (caution order) को लोको पायलट और ट्रेन मैनेजर को डिजिटल मोड में provide किया जाना चाहिए। इससे रेल्वे को कई तरह से फायदा होगा।

You should focus on safety, punctuality and food of IR. Late running and rescheduling of trains have become a norm and the timetable is nothing but joke. Loots are going on by the caterers providing worst kind of food. Trains are scheduled to reach destinations at midnight causing security hazards to the passengers. Important Metropolitan cities like Kolkata -Chennai, Kolkata Hyderabad, Kolkata Ahmedabad, Kolkata Agartala are deprived of Duronto connections whereas in many routes trains are running half empty!

Upgrade the track up to 200kmph for mainline like Delhi Mumbai, Delhi Howrah, Mumbai Bengaluru Chennai, Kolkata Chennai, Mumbai Howrah, Delhi Chennai. Vande Bharat will be a waste if you only achieve 10-15kmph more average speed than normal train.
