Time 04:27- This thing i noticed in all cities and metros they don't have any patience but in case of north eastern towns(Shillong, Kohima, Aizawl etc) where people thinks that jungli people lives there I have seen and even personally experience that they politely wait for the car to move or even allow passengers to get down without doing any honking.

Time 04:27- This thing i noticed in all cities and metros they don't have any patience but in case of north eastern towns(Shillong, Kohima, Aizawl etc) where people thinks that jungli people lives there I have seen and even personally experience that they politely wait for the car to move or even allow passengers to get down without doing any honking.
