My JM Marlin 35Rem does just fine.
The 360 Buckhammer reminds me of a 38-55.
I've heard that this cartridge was derived from the 30-30, the dimensions of the base are the same, but it isn't necked down to take the smaller diameter bullet. If that is the case, I would think that every company that makes a 30-30 would also make the 360 Buckhammer, since the only new part is the barrel. The extractor doesn't care what the bullet looks like.

If I was advising Vista’s ammo group lol I’d ask why this cartridge isn’t already promised to come in Federal Premium’s HammerDown line since that’s something they can do. I’d also recommend they see what they can do to get Marlin and any other gun makers to chamber it and get .358 bullets like the Core-lokt and Sierra Pro-Hunter available for reloaders. From what I know, hunters who have experience with .358 calibers from the 35 Rem to the 358 Win absolutely love them but folks need assurances this new cartridge isn’t gonna fail like others before.

Wish they made this model in 45-70.
had one on order,,but it never has came in,bought a 350 legend,,and just ordered another one,, 360 would be nice,,but with only one rifle maker,it wont survive, get the 350 legend it is here to stay,,

I can tell you from experience that rubber hardens up over time becoming a solid hunk of crap. I'd rather have a steel butt plate.

@Gunsandbunsmma What're you on about? She hit all major talking points that you could need, and even extrapolated on other brands/ calibers it could be made in. It was informational enough that even inexperienced shooters could grasp it.
