I just bought one of these (ordered I should say) and i'm waiting for its arrival. Only difference is I got the nickel plated model. I wasn't really looking for The completely sparian original look. Under $400.00 shipped to my FFL. Pretty good short and sweet review. P.S. Don't worry about the The referees in the internet world 😊.
I have a MK-1 Inglis made in 1943 in Canada ,me and my friend have Browning Hi Power in 40 S&W we both got in 1993 and we still carry and shoot them , but we both are looking at the new Inglis L9A1 to get one , and yes i shoot 1911A1 to beretta Sig Ruger and Colts , .
We're blessed to have some affordable Hi Power options available at last. For so long, it was just overpriced Brownings or FNs, and FEGs were scarce. These Turkish clones from Girsan and Tisas are top notch quality. I'm thinking of adding an Inglis clone to my collection while the price is still reasonable.
I could be wrong- but the later l9a1 a were mkiii’s- shortly before being replaced by Glocks. From what I researched- the OG was a tangent read later a “hump” style then eventually the mkiii style. But I could be way wrong. Either way- you’re right in that it is an excellent mkiii option.
The lanyard ring sold me on this pistol, thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching man! Hope you love yours !
@@non_tactical_talor8353 It shipped today from Bud's, I can't wait :)

@@Sandhill1988 thanks man. Let me know when it gets in and what you think!
My Dad was in SOG and the Hi Power he carried was on loan from the Australian SAS guys who were working the same project , otherwise it was 1911

how is the ring mounted on the frame? can it be screwed off?
Yes. It can be removed
I have a FEG high power clone the Mauser 80sa and the tisas 1911 army model. Both are great pistols
I got a pair of faux stag grip just for fun. 😊
While it’s not an accurate L9A1 reproduction, it IS a phenomenal Mk.iii hi power clone. I love mine.

Last l9a1 models before the switch to Glock 17 had spur hammers not ring. Apart from that accurate
I cant beleive there arent more vids on it
I know. The links of the groupings are on my Instagram.
No need for vulgar language
