    Hello Luke, big fan. Just want to say that you should have your videos in Hindi as well. I am fully aware that Hindi is not your first language, but if you can do something about it, it will be great for Indian people who don't understand English but are very focused about their health.

    Hey luke,Great video ❤ a lot to learn but the sound quality was very poor! Without headphones on it's very hard to listen. Volume was very low.

    not good :
    sugar
    more carbs
    artificial sweeteners (stevia)
    deep fried+carbs combo (most dangerous..ex: french fries)
    processed/junk foods
    foods make us feel good:
    Omega3 (nuts, seeds)
    fruits (not tooo much)
    vegetables
    iron rich foods (meat, fish, spinach)

    Food combination works as you mentioned. However in today’s fast pace world most people don’t want to spend the time on a daily basis putting a healthy meal together . They want something quick and that’s when sadly health is compromised with all you mentioned artificial sweeteners, natural flavors, unhealthy oils, excess quantity etc …

    At least in the US, Stevia is frequently combined with erythritol. My stomach can't handle erythritol. It's hard to find Stevia in formulas that are innocuous.

    But isnt that protein in the fish curry ,helping to digest that carb slowly and not spike the sugars in the blood?

      Very true. But the spike is still going to be there(significant spike) . And eventually will dull your system. It's better to start with salad and a bit of veggies before the main carb to take it easy on your system.
