Really enjoying this daily challenge - thank you! I especially loved doing bridge pose with my arms extended up! I’ve never done it that way before and it felt amazing near my shoulder blades/upper back!!
I honestly don't know where to start I love doing yoga working on my chakra I've been seeing good results ever since I started, the only yoga pose I struggle with is dolphin pose because when I'm dolphin pose, I have taken a little break before I go back into the dolphin pose, but I gave myself a mantra before I do anything I tell myself to do my best.
Why would you NOT? We've all got the same meridians/chakras & share a lot of the same issues & challenges. Go for it!! I'm certain you'll feel fantastic!
