I just want you to know that if it wasn’t for your videos I might hate yoga. When I try other yoga videos with other instructors I often end up feeling frustrated and fat. When I do your I feel in tune with my body and I feel so good when it’s done. Thank you so very much.

Loved this practice! As a graduate of your YYTT program, I am especially love the rebound. I have added to my “favorite ideas for gracefully aging senior athletes” the twist after 1/2 Butterfly and the restorative position following each spinal twist. This was so healing and special!!!

The music made this a favorite practice of yours. Especially the first track, which brought sudden tears, and the last which was wonderful for closing out the class. Love when the music takes me out of my head, transports me to being fully present. Had this been 60-90 minutes, would've been sheer perfection. 😊

I had a moment yesterday, between my sets at the gym. I was having a nice passive stretch and messing with my headphones when they paused and then said ‘balanced’. I thought it was so funny because I was working on my squat alignment. So when I saw this today, I knew it would be just what I needed. Very emotional and helping me attune to my body, thank you 💜

I found out that I could do know half butterflow with the right leg extended and my elbows on the floor on the inside of the legs instead of doing half frog. Thx 😍🤩😍
