My mom can’t cook school lunches for me anymore because she has a job that requires her to work till midnight, so I’m looking for recipes I can make on my own. These look perfect!
I LOVE spinach in cream sauces. I throw in like 3 bowls cuz I love to get a big bite of the wilted spinach cuz my sauces always coat it amazingly. I hate raw spinach but omg it’s so good cooked down lol
I'm 22 and have been a vegetarian all my life, so I will definitely be cooking all three of these! For the eggplant, I highly recommend frying it with white wine. Its a recipe similar to what my dad used to cook when I was growing up. Then add some pickled capers and chilli flakes. Its a medley of flavours that melts in your mouth. I can ask him for the full recipe if anyone is interested, but I also know of a number of childhood pasta recipes. At least 10.
Happy New Year ! Starting off with some healthy meals! Would definitely love to see a lot of seafood and fish recipes. Especially things in detail about preparing whole fish and things like that. I would also really love to see some healthy dessert recipes as I'm really trying to lose weight but I have such a bad sweet tooth. Like if we could get some healthy sweet drink and healthy dessert oh, that would be so awesome! Can't wait to see what you have in store for this year! Love you much!
I made the mushroom pasta for dinner last night and OMG!!! It was a hit at my house. I made a huge pot and added some broccoli. It came out perfect. I was hoping for leftovers for today but we ate it all last night. I’m going to try the ratatouille one tomo. I can’t wait 🤤
Thank you for this!!! For the first recipe, I replaced water with vege stock, added some chilli flakes and oregano and my dad (who doesn’t eat veges at all) LOVED IT!!
I am a lemon/lime fanatic… & i am literally sitting down and eating the last pasta. It was so easy to make, & it’s so delicious! Thanks for that cream cheese tip! :))
I just started learning how to cook and I'm in love with one-pot recipes. I'm not vegetarian but I will definitely try these recipes because they look delicious! I loved this video so much that I had no choice but to subscribe. 😀❤️
Love these! We eat a lot of pasta (usually just with store-bought pesto and some parmesan on top) but I've been wanting to change it up a bit. Also I love eggplant, mushroom and cauliflower but I never cook them at home so this is perfect!
Just made the cauliflower pasta. It was amazing. The toasted panko on top took it to the next level. I added thin sliced onion, just a half in with the garlic step and Omg I thought I was at a restaurant. Thanks so much. Gonna try the mushroom pasta next. 💜💜 I have stage 4 kidney disease and can’t handle too much protein. These veggie pasta’s are a life saver.
I love mushrooms! Perfect for meat free Monday meals! Thanks for sharing and happy new year ! Your videos have been a relief for me and my family throughout 2020!
I tried the ratatouille pasta last night and it turned out absolutely delicious. I only ommitted the parmesan and swapped parsley for basil. She truly hit it out of the park with that recipe. 10/10 would make again, and is so delicous yet simple. Thank you for the videos you produce on your page!
I love how you tend to show recipes in 3’s and share the written recipes on the description box. It helps me follow up while I’m making it myself! Thank you for sharing more creative content!! I can’t wait to try these 🙏
I just made the mushroom recipe because I had mushrooms and some leftover cream cheese to use...I threw in fresh basil and arugula because I didn’t have spinach. OMG. Sooooo good. Crazy decadent.
I love this video! I made the mushroom spinach pasta for dinner and my family LOVED it, it was so yummy! I only had feta cheese instead of Parmesan, So I needed to add some cornstarch and water to thicken it, but it was perfect still! Excellent recipe!

Awesome, can’t wait to try these! To keep these recipes truly vegetarian, I suggest omitting the Parmesan since it’s not considered a vegetarian-friendly cheese.
I just became a vegetarian and these recipes are so helpful!! I love panko breadcrumbs and i really like the way that you added them to the cauliflower pasta, can’t wait to try it! Also you have a really nice positive energy :)
I make this really good super simple pasta side dish. It's Israeli couscous cooked in broth with diced zucchini, green peppers, and onion added in. It's sooooooo simple and sooooo good lol
This 1 sounds good! We will try to make this one but probably with whatever vegetables we have on hand? Trying to make healthy meals since we really could stand to lose some weight! And it’s really hard to come up with healthy choices when we have a lot of picky eaters in the family!
Sweetie, vegetarians use dairy products, vegans do not. I'm been a vegetarian for a bit over 60 years (just turned 65) and always used dairy products but I eat less eggs than I did and I did develope a slight lactose intollerancy. Love pasta & veggies, and these recipes look ymmy so thanks so much! Love from an old (rebel) Pinkie
I love the second one, but what would you recommend instead of the cream cheese? I am always not sure which one to pick, the soy one has a weird taste to me... :(
Not sure if you have already or not but could you post some freezer friendly meals?? I’m due with my first baby Feb 13 ♥️ and want to build a stash but never tried making my own
