i’m going to take this video as a sign to pull myself together, brush off the dust, wipe my tears, and make some dessert to make myself feel better. I’m then going to eat the dessert with coffee, and read a good book. and when I’m ready, I’m going to take out my journal, plan out the work I have to do this week, and get started with a fresh mind.
My Brazilian exchange student made brigadeiro with me and she made it with condensed milk (not vegan though) and I would describe the consistency as fudgy and it had crumbles in it. Is that always the case or are there different ways of making brigadeiro? (+ the filling of minas cake to me looked more like firm cream If you know what I mean haha)
@@isagrnr It depends a lot of who is making it and for what. When I wasn't vegan I used to eat the non-vegan version with condensed milk but I didn't like when it had crumbles and my sister loved. When we make brigadeiro for birthday parties we let it take a more firm consistency, so we can shape it in little balls. The non-vegan version is the most common but to make it vegan we do just like Mina did, but with any plant-based milk. (Sorry if I said something wrong, I'm not used with real conversations in english😂)
@@korrih it’s fine your English is really good and I am not native either (I’m German). Okay that sounds reasonable to me! We made brigadeiro twice because she brought two cans of condensed milk and one time we made it in a bowl to eat it with my family and the other time we also made little balls because we gifted them at a wedding. I am definitely making some again because now I am craving some good brigadeiro haha this time I can try the vegan one! Also I love the crumbles in it too kkkkk
@@korrih You can make vegan brigadeiro with vegan condensed milk. I use a soy condensed milk to make it and it's really good! Pretty close to the original.
The besttt key lime pie Base: 30 medjool dates, 200g of almonds, two tablespoons of coconut oil Grind together in food processor and put in a cake tin, The top: 5 avocados 4 tablespoons of coconut milk (not the liquid more the cream from the tin) The juice of four limes (or 3) 225ml of maple syrup Food process those and add too the top of the base and freeze for one hour and a half
Hi, Here's my favourite recipe for breakfast. First you have to cut the banana. Then take rice paper and soak it in water. If you do that you can wrap cut banana in rice paper. Next you have to fry banana in a pan (you can use: coconut oil or butter). Fry until browned. At the end you can serve with fruits and honey, maple syrup or whatever :) Enjoy!
I just found a talent Mina probably doesn't even know she has: I'm super exhausted from uni this week so I'm lying on the couch and watching her video while I waited for my nails to dry. And damn the way she speaks is so positive & calm, I almost fell asleep because it calmed me down so much. If you have anxiety or have trouble falling asleep, I bet listening to her speak will calm you!!
Mina, you're already giving me a treat life (but this time in a healthier way). I've been making every recipe you post in order, so I can try them all out, and I have to say they all came up perfect, seriously, these are the most accurate ingredient quantity I've ever seen. By the way, I haven't even watched the whole video yet, but damn, but these recipes look so good (as always).

Your voice is so calming and beautiful accent. I love watching how you make all the vegan foods. Also when I get my own place I can’t wait to try all them out DAILY !! Thank you so much !!
mmmmm I did the same thing with tiramisu this christmas as it's my favourite dessert but I found I'm dairy intolerant. I used tofu instead of yoghurt which made it airy but sooo heavy and indulgent *drools*. Also I am SO making that chocolate pie ohh mama
I have a suggestion for a Raffaello flavoured Porridge. 180 ml of unsweetened plant milk A table spoon of Maple Syrup Some vanilla 20 gr of oats flakes 20 gr of almond flour 20 gr of coconut flour Mix and boil for a couple of minutes Topping with some nut butter, seeds and fresh fruits! I love this recipe 🥰
An easy vegan icecream is to get some frozen fruit (I use bananas and strawberries) and blend them with some non dairy milk and a bit of vanilla. if you don't have that you can use any sweetener, and I think that will work. Then blend them together and put into a bowl and freeze for like an hour, or you could eat it right after you blend.
I wasn't in the choclatiiesst mood today so I made the pie a lemon one: Filling ingredients exept the cacao with 1/4 c of lemon juice instead of water. ~very yummy (you could add even more lemon juice but the 1:1 replacement worked quite well) 😀😍😍
You made it to spark that motivation to bake something, so yesterday evening I made the Tarte with a slight variation: I used pecans instead of coconut and melted 70% dark chocolate into the oat milk custard. It’s delicious! And very easy to make. Thank you very much for the inspiration
Your rawnola from that other video has become my staple breakfast! I have never done anything else from your vids. I just put them on in the background while I paint
I tried the dark chocolate mug cake and holy smokes was it delicious. I actually threw in semi sweet chocolate chips into the batter and cooked it in the microwave and it came out perfect. So quick and easy! Took 5 mins tops. Thank you!
hi:) I tried the dark chocolate cake and it was so good, I used brown sugar and regular cooking oil and it still turned out great. oh and also instead of melted dark chocolate on the outside, I used white chocolate bcs that's the only one we had in the house.
beat breakfast: oats and oat milk (or milk of choice ) mix it up and any fruit (my fave is frozen raspberry’s) mix it up then bake for 20 min and then top with anything i like melted chocolate spread :) (honey would be nice )
