Eggs and rice was the go to meal for us when we were young! Sometimes we added Chinese sausage or spam. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it was quick! We used fish sauce most of the time but soy sauce too if we wanted it to be more light.
I love the new intro! Looks very professionally edited and I always have eggs in the fridge and a two egg omelet wrap on whole wheat flax for lunch on workdays, easy to eat and keeps me full.

Back in Puerto Rico growing up if my mom didn't have $ for meat she would make rice, beans & eggs... now im grown with my own kids, i do have $ for meat but still cook rice & eggs on a regular for my kids & they luuuuvvvv it!
I love these ideas! I grew up in a Mexican household so eggs are a staple ingredient to have and sometimes all we had before another restock from the grocery store. I think one day I was so hungry and mixed the leftover rice we had with my scrambled eggs, so good! I am excited to try it with the Asian ingredients. Looked so yummy.
