Is the ring makes the difference between me doing home tasks (physical stress) and me being mentally stressed because of my job? Right now I use apple watch with Athlytic and this app doesnt detect if its physical or mental stress unless I start a workout.
Hi! I would say it doesn't necessarily detect a difference between physical stress vs mental stress but the graph does indicate when there's movement in the stress chart (for example maybe you're stressed because you were walking/ running) I wish it was that detailed though!
So did you go with size 8 or 9?
