I just want to say I love my Oura ring. I’ve had it for about 9 months. I just had surgery this month and the ring was so helpful to track my recovery. The ring even sensed when something was wrong and significantly dropped my scores overnight during my recovery. I went down to a 34 readiness and 26 sleep and it alerted me that my resting heart rate while I was sleeping was at 75. I am typically at 50 when I sleep. I knew something was wrong. It’s what made me call my doctor and I ended up back in the hospital with an infection. I’m slowly getting better and my readiness is slowly improving every day.
agreed I love the OURA app layout, it is so user friendly! I 1000% agree about having to pay monthly for things its very annoying, NC thankfully I pay yearly so I forget about it LOL but its so frustrating. also THANK YOU as always for the shout out 💜💜💜
Thank you for this awesome review! I have an Oura ring too and love it. I do wear weightlifting gloves when I strength train so I don’t scratch it up. Great job!
i just hit 6 months with my oura ring too and can confirm it definitely over-counts steps. i’ll be working or editing on my computer and my ring will tell me that i met my step goal just because my finger is moving around
I just purchased the rose gold 4. One main reason aside from sleep health is to get my steps in. Hopefully with improved sensor tracking it won’t pick up unnecessary steps. It can also move around on your finger without detecting it as a movement. I’m hoping it’ll be more accurate. 🤞😅
