Totally agree 💯 I got exhausted by leading the relationship and being a mother to a narc!
Stop waiting for them to change.. coz it will never happen

They use you as the bandaid for their mother wound.... a wound that could swallow you whole

Textbook narrative of what happened to me. I was so blindsided. Had to educate myself though videos, audio, books to learn more on Narcissists.

Thank you for your videos. The covert narc is very difficult to identify, but your videos describe them perfectly. I’d like to see the DSM adequately describe a covert narcissist. I’ve gone for counselling, to some so called experts on narcs. They have no idea what a covert narc is, or how to help us. The damage narcs do is like PTSD, and requires a great deal of work, to heal from.

One problem is thinking their behaviour is a mistake. It’s not the “real” personality.

🙏🏾 in fact it's not only a son it can be anybody in your relation...and they try time & again to break your soul's confidence. So we need to beware & find ways to handle them from a distance, if need be, as they can be your responsibility at certain times.

What you do for the narc ..do that for yourself.
Take money buy something for you. Do things you like and instead go with the narc to the cinema go with your sister, friend, someone you know. Dance sing and walk. Dont do anything for the narc what he can do for himself, stop treat him like you are his mother, he is a grown up man.
