there is No such thing!! I have this problem in many teeth! They have to take a graft from your pallet to do that! And the pin hole techniques doesn’t work for sever recession
The only graft the dentist makes is from your wallet

If you take care of it. It’s like a bbl for teeth. They take tissue that will heal back from your pallet and use it there.
I haven't brushed my teeth in a while due to severe depression and sui. thoughts...but after regaining the will to live I started taking care of myself again and found out my gums were receeding...probably due to plack buildup that I'm now taking care of...
I'd only LOVE to know if the gums could be "regrown" or sth. when the buildup's completely removed?
Ypu need to eat nutritional food, like beef and liver, stop brushing teeth so hard , and stop eating processed foods. Its nutritional food that would help the most, also chew ypur food and stopp eating soft foods

I’m 14 and I have braces. I don’t have gum disease but I’ve noticed that one of my bottom teeth gums have receded. And I’m thinking about saving up for the pinhole method instead since it only slight recession but it leaves an ugly black triangle.
Give it time. You might straight up outgrow it and it fills in over time.
