To whiten teeth brush with tumeric. Rinse with water. Take care of plaque by putting together 3 tablespoon of coconut oil, 4 drops tea tree oil, 1 teaspoon of xylitol. Put a large size pea into mouth. Move it around 10 minutes. Spit out into garbage. Rinse with water. Do morning and night. It will go away. That's from Dr. Berg.

@@Argilla. It depends. Every patient is different. You can speak with your dentist and they can refer you to a specialist called a periodontist and they might be able to do a tissue graft, but this is only in severe cases.
@@Stormy_Cloud look this is my story I had tartar on top of a back teeth and I got myself a cleaning after months I feel something annoying me at that exact area and I have no idea what it is I can't think I can't sleep anything I am like is it my gum or is it my teeth so yeah I keep brushing I keep searching and..... Nothing so I am asking for your help because I can't live this way cause it's so annoying it's like something is poking me

It's very common..Age is inedible for everyone..I did laser a couple weeks ago..The best part for you is your only 28..Develop great hygienic routines now and when you're 30,40,50...80..You'll be so glad you did.. and get a water pik to add to your flossing routine!
@@valengracepioquinto6528 I ended up having mine deep cleaned. My gums were so sore before. I don’t know what’s gonna happen with my gums now but they feel so much better. I don’t have money for pinhole surgery. I for sure have periodontal disease. The deep cleaning itself cost me over 1k and no insurance out there covers it. Hopefully my gums will heal and come back up on the tooth a little. I hope 😒 good luck
@@Materialgirl_3 a year and a half ago my gums were so sore too. I had it deep cleaned and the dentist gave me antibiotics to heal my gums first, right now they’re all healed except the fact that they have receeded.

I might have this. A scary dentist in a scary dentist office took x-rays for a cleaning, and I lost my sense of taste and smell for two weeks. Now my gum has receded from a tooth.
@@naqv0002 Grandma rays? They both cause free radicals. If I felt the same side effects from an x-ray as a gamma ray from, then I received way too much and it can be the same.

you said you had gum recession in your back teeth, how did you treat this? did you get surgery?

When you do a dental bonding on the recession, is there any tooth structure remove or is the bonding basically just painted on?

Oh no! That is what I was going to do!!!
Sometimes tartar/calculus sits on top of the already exposed root surfaces. So the tartar basically hides your gum recession

Unfortunately, once your gums do recede, it costs thousands and thousands of dollars to have that fixed. So... unless you're rich, you're screwed.
