Holy Shit Dude... lol. I thought you were going little crazy with the yeast process. Your a home pro. This was one hell of a video. Great work would be an understatement. lol. Thank You.
@@closeinnature3141 Well come. I’m from SA-TEXAS AND THIS 7 DAY FREEZE IS KILLING ME LOL. The week before it was sunny and high of 78. I got 10 rows of strawberries 🍓 in my bathroom. I was planning on med-summer harvest and maybe a bottle or two of wine. lol Upside I get to play in the snow with dogs and don’t have to drive 6 hrs.. Thanks Again.
Isnt there alcohol already in the mix when you go from primary to secondary so adding more sugar means you're getting a stronger wine than the targetted 1.090?
Yes, I believe so. Looking back I don’t account for the sugars in the fruit. Since making this video I now shoot for 10% (1.078)ish to start with. Which probably ends up around 12-13% finished. I brew more beer than wine now.
A great clip thankyou

I forget who taught my father how to start the wine this way but it works well. Thanks for watching!
