Very Creative! I never even heard of Chick Pea flour! Are there other uses for that other than this recipe? Great job explaining and showing us how to do it. Sadly I am missing over half the needed ingredients Lol But once I get them I can definitely see myself trying this! I used to LOVE eggs! And still buy Organic/Free-Range from time to time. But would LOVE to decrease and even eliminate them altogether!. Thx again!
Thanks so much. There's tons of things you can do with chickpea flour. its perfect to fry in as well. I have a video uploading tomorrow where I use it to make a gravy. All these ingredients are a few vegan staples so once you get them you def get good use out of them :)

Hello. That brand only comes in one size can. So half or until you get the consistency I showed. Amounts could very based on brand of chickpeas flour or even the temp in your home
Heyyy Auntie. You might. They have a dull taste of egg. I was around some real eggs the other day and it was horrible. I had forgot the real smell😂😂 But i like these full of veggies and/or on toast
It's makes the fluffy instead of dense since this is flour it's like adding baking soda when you're baking. Expands and lifts the dough in so many words.

thanks so much this was trial and error. yes you need seltzer water. its causing a reaction that makes them more fluffy
