Honestly, I don't see McKennie talked about enough in Juve's midfield. Came in his first season from Schalke and looked absolutely great in some games. Doesn't get enough recognition yet as a true Box to Box midfielder not just for Juve but for the USA mens team as well. He's got a big future ahead of him. Physically imposing and a threat on set pieces too and a tenacious engine, he's a Vidal regen which might just work for Allegri, and he's still only 22.
Not just that but he's elegant asf. He'll definitely be a favorite for Allegri. Not only that but if Pjanic rumors came true we he would be perfect for allowing him to play comfortably like Vidal did for Pirlo.
@@jonl8816 nah Allegri doesn't build around particular players. His tactics are way too flexible and all players in an XI at any given time are usually irreplaceable if u get me.

Great video as always. Would be interested to see Ruben Neves go there. I'm guessing moving to Man U is less likely now they have already signed Sancho and Varane.
Just an idea: compare or draw similarities between players in this video to other footballers we might know better (i.e Caqueret is , or could develop to become, similar to Carrick). Love the videos!
Caqueret can play as an 8 too, if so, the midfield may need a 10 or a purely creative player beside him (like it is in Lyon with Paqueta) or creative enough rightback/leftback. Or as he can fit in a midfield of 2 (like Locatelli ?) they could keep the 4-4-2. Juventus' one last season hasn't really worked out, but I think that with players like Dybala, Chiesa and Kulusevski on the sides, if they buy some good profiles in midfield and as fullbacks, they could thrived with this structure. They should take some inspiration from the Ligue 1 winner's Lille, which had an impressive 4-4-2 side. And I'm wondering if Dybala could play from deeper on the pitch, maybe in a hybrid position and hybrid role, as a 10 or even false 9 moving around Juventus' striker when they have the ball (beside Ronaldo like Jonathan David beside Yilmaz in Lille) but during transition or defensive phase joining the midfield to form a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-. I have no clue about his defensive and pressing statistics, but just with pure feeling, I could see him do the job properly. And if it's not realistic at all he could just stay high on the pitch when it comes to takes the ball back, constituting with Ronaldo the first pressing lign, blocking the construction phase of the opposite team
Hi! You could spend some more quality time talking about South American football. We need all the help to improve our teams quality... And every bit of awareness helps! 😅🇧🇷🇦🇷
Don't know why Tifo dunks on McKennie. He is the closest thing to a defensive presence that midfield had, and was goal dangerous despite playing from the 8 or 6 primarily. Now, they need to shed overpriced players like Ramsey. But MacKennie is a player who could be 1st name on the team sheet in a couple years.
^ We are trying to cut wages and free transfers inherently beef them up.
