Scott McTominay plays brilliantly there, the problem is the 3rd guy there with Fernandes and Scotty/Fred. Also from the new season, there is gonna be the possibility of playing Garner there, who had perfect half a season for Nottingham Forrest.
How are the statistics used baselined based on opposition quality? It seems unfair on Ndidi to compare interceptions when he's going up against KDB, Fernandes, Salah vs the Russian league.
Quantitatively normalising the stats to compare like-for-like between leagues would be damn near impossible. You really just has to look at the stats and make your own judgement as to how impressive they are for their given league. Ultimately, that's why they still said Ndidi was the gold standard despite the ostensibly lower key stat.

I think Chelsea should get a new destroyer in order to prepare for Kantes departure in the future but also to lessen his load in the short term
Ngl I bought Ibrahim Sangaree in my fm save. Never suspended for three years running and only missed fourteen days in total through injury. If he doesn't play I notice a huge drop in quality for my midfield. This guy is a legend.
This was me with Tonali, you really begin to appreciate the importance of having a consistent DM. It's vital
@@jakefrost8306 true, I run a counter attacking Leicester city but after signing Sangare I switched to a high press and boy did I like it.
I love sensible transfer videos because I get to make transfer decisions on fm from them.
Ibrahim Sangare has just had a great 1st season with PSV .
as always quality content but I MISS THE (longer) POD VERSION (from last year) SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH 😭
Can someone send this to Woodward, cheers
THEY SAID THE THING!!
Sporting CP joao palhinha is perfect fit for Manchester united
How about someone like edson alvarez? They could easily get him for around 25 to 30 mill.. good in the air, defensive wise he does the dirty work. He might look skinny but he is pretty strong. Can drop as a 3rd cb, does great passes forward, I wouldn't say he is slow but compared to the players mentioned he is not the fastest lol.. last season in the europa league edson completed the most balls recovered or the most tackles in a single game against young boys. Maybe he is not completely ready for top flight, but is a good shout
If only Ibrahim Sangere will join a top club to prove is legend is beyond meme-status
As soon as I saw that title I know somehow Sangare will be mentioned and recommended
You forgot something. We could promote James Garner to the 1st team this season and try him out. If it's not working we can buy a cdm in January. A huge chans, but if success, we have 1 more academy player in the squad that wants to play for the badge!
He s not nowhere near ready and you can't throw young lad that played in Nottingham last season in the most important position in team that is supposed to challenge for title
As a united fan, I just feel that the defensive midfielder is not the position, that we should worry about. Scott McTominay plays brilliantly there, the problem is the 3rd guy there with Fernandes and Scotty/Fred. Also from the new season, there is gonna be the possibility of playing Garner there, who had perfect half a season for Nottingham Forrest.
Mcfred can't defend, and too slow when moving the ball forward
Palinha from sporting could be an option honestly. He can play the busquets role well.
Smartest option is Bissouma he was fantastic for Brighton and is very technically asute.
Anyone else remember the 'Sensible Transfers' podcasts back in the summer of 2019? Feels so long ago now...
Finally someone credible coming out on CDM need
Ibrahim Sangare is back!!!
There’s only one man to save Man Utd now, and his name is Ibrahim Sangare
A cheeky Sangere mention is a staple of Tifo Sensible Transfers
I think that the best option for Man United is to buy a long or middle term striker first.
More sensible transfers series!
Ruben Neves. As a wolves fan I hate to say it, but he fits the type of player they need.
Brazil Scout would love Barrios transfers
Our boy Ibrahim Sangare's back! He had been missed.
Liverpool Sensible transfers for Midfield and front 3 as well.
Midfielders - Frank Kessie, Renato Sanchez, Saul and tifos pick will be Florian Neuhaus do to his close control and ball carrying ability not mention his ability to receive the ball under pressure and turn to dribble pass his opposition
Finally Sangare is back. Also wouldn't Ascacibar who you gave a mention be an option?
I think he barely starts for Hertha
Koopmeiners has to be the man. His build up play and defending is top level
