What I meant to say that I cut down those preservatives package food that helps me with my nutrition specialist Diet.. sorry to say this I am never going to trust FAASI any more.. they're saying your food is safe, but it's not. Now I am 72kg Year before my weight 85 kg with painful Fatty liver. I did that with low workout and mostly eating, lower my preservatives intake. Yes it really hard to do because everything is added preservatives. I Hope I can keep this up...🙄😬😟

SThere are lots of research papers proving the lactose causing inflammation. Also mother’s milk is good for her child. Same way cows milk is good for ITS OWN baby NOT HUMAN BEINGS. Not forgetting the growth hormones and antibiotics ingected in the cows and buffalos for more milk production. You can ignore all signs of inflammation and eventually land up in cancers, autoimmune diseases or major life threatening conditions.
