What chow said with the duplicated spears dealing a lot less damage than the master sword which has a crazy damage multiplier vs demon dragon. It's possible to deal more damage with the spears but you have to get the right hitbox so it's more consistent to just drop them.
ur awesome! went into ur stream months ago just before totk and u said u hoped totk was a bit harder in general with their dungeons etc so the game probs disappointed you in difficulty factor but I still hope u enjoyed ur first run!
Thanks! It was really fun to explore and mess around with the abilities but the dungeons weren't as much of a step up as I'd hoped. I'm kind of hoping the next game is a bit more linear and brings back dungeon items but it was still a blast.

1: he uses a glitch called Zuggle, which stacks weapons in his hand or his back (whichever he chooses). When he his ganondorf, he is hitting him with 5 royal halberds at the same time 2: the swords are zuggle into his hand, which carry over to when he is picking up the master sword. He still has the weapons stuck to his hand thus creating that glitch 3: when he uses recall, he is using a glitch called a rune cancel. When he activates any rune when throwing something and cancelling it, it cancels the throw animation, letting him throw items faster
1. he does a glitch where he is holding multiple of the same weapon at once, and it uses the attack from all of those weapons, that’s why you see ganons health drain so fast - it’s called a zuggle if you wanna look it up. 2. he is still holding his zuggled (glitched) weapons from his fight with ganon when he picks up the master sword, giving us the beautiful sight of the Master Halberd 3. i’m pretty sure it’s because it lets you throw them farther and aim better that way, very important so you don’t blow yourself up mid fight lol - also it pauses for a second so you can see if you hit anything too close to you i guess? not as sure about this one.
Right after fuse I want Link's position to be consistent so that the bomb jump sends me towards the next shrine. Arrow Smuggle Flight can't change directions so it's important to do those jumps/parries to get the position exactly the same every time since the slope can easily send you in the wrong direction.

A couple months ago CloudedSR timed every language for any% and found out that there are fewer text boxes on Russian which saves 1.1 seconds over English.
40 minutes is still pretty far away. If you add up the best I've ever completed each section of the run I still only have a 41:26. Amiibo would theoretically save 40 ish seconds over that so a time in the 40:xx range might be possible.
Not right now but I think it will be once one or two more glitches are found. The best time I can see happening with current strats is a 40:5x and that's using amiibo for the gem and playing perfectly.

Why are the subtitles in russian ?
The Russian text is slightly faster than the English. In BOTW, French was a little faster, so that's why BOTW speedruns tend to be in French.
