I started counting at 6m into the run, and more than 6m30s was spent just waiting for dialogue, cutscenes, or load screens after that point😂 Takes the patience of a saint to get through this, more than 1/3 of the run is just waiting

I remember there was a prevous theoretical time many years ago which was a comp of all best speed run segments and it was something in the 22 mins and after all these years your almost there.
The game loads faster if you wait to skip because the over world is being loaded during that cutscene and skipping too early interrupts the load causing it to restart. It saves ~5 seconds per shrine.
To shave 12 seconds off the previous WR at this point in the game is just absolutely incredible. GGs!

If you think that's bad, see Tears of the Kingdom. There's a six minute unskippable cutscene two minutes into the run.
