just violent. I finished totk yesterday after 75 hours. This is the first Zelda game I've ever played. I haven't researched anything about where to go or what to do. Since my daughter still sleeps next to me and I like watching speedruns, I just came across your video. you're just awesome.

This is the first Tears speedrun I've seen because I'm not super far into the game myself, so I won't watch the whole thing. But it was so cool when I realized why you threw all those wings on the ground to get to the door of the Temple of Time. I was like, why? Then when you appeared on the tip top island it clicked. You didn't touch the ground that whole time.
The sub 41 is definitely impressive, but I’m still confused as to how he’s getting his controller inputs on stream. I’ve searched for answers and always come up empty. At this point I think it’s witchcraft.
I'm using a homebrewed switch with an input display application installed that will send the inputs to my PC to be displayed (specifically periscope made by periwinkle).
41:19 the clock should stop here. Why does it keep going till Link grabs Zelda’s hand? You no longer control him in that cutscene and that moment, just before said cutscene, is the very last time you *do* control Link. The clock should stop when the cutscene plays.
Right before I clipped out of bounds I set up a glitch called Zuggle which duplicates my weapon onto Link's hand to deal extra damage (it's the reason I dealt so much damage to Ganondorf). For the out of bounds clip I have a glitch called arrow smuggle set up which cancels jump slashes to get infinite height which can put Link out of bounds if done next to a ceiling.
Zuggled weapons deal inconsistent damage to Demon Dragon. It's possible to get extra damage, but I think it depends on which weapon's hitbox you hit with first since the master sword has an insane damage multiplier for Ganondorf and Demon Dragon and the other weapons deal next to nothing. Most of the time if you try to hit a weak point with Zuggle active it deals a sliver.
