    I think one thing that’d be very important to mention is the rest times when trying to train top speeds and allowing for CNS recovery

    Hi matt im having trouble understanding how to do running conditioning on medium stim days. Im not sure what exactly i should do, as i have have several options and confusion regarding some of them.
    Firstly: should i do it before i start with my strenght condition such as the 30-90 seconds on/off circuits or the running? Since im not hitting max speed should I wait to do it after it or before?
    Secondly: where can i incorparte ball work and technical in my medium stum days or in any days in general, before or after conditioning? Along with this how many times should i be doing conditioning and ballwork, what is an average ratio?
    Thirdly: how should i do running conditioning on medium stim days , I ask this because i have some confusion regarding change of direction drills. I am not sure if i should do them on medium stim days or save them for only high stim days. Additionally, if I do them in medium stim days should i go 100%?
    Lastly: shoukd i also incorpparte slow sarts and hard starts somewhere in there and if so how?

    It'd be better if the B- Roll actually matched what you're saying. Adding clips that don't actually match the context of the video is just confusing.

    When you mention high medium low stim days, does that take include speed training within those days ? Or the stim days or more conditioning related

      They relate to everything! Speed though is going to be high stim field days

      Can the same exercise be used for acceleration purposes and top speed purposes? For example consecutive hurdle jumps, if for acceleration (we want increased ground contact time and putting more force into the ground), we emphasize on loading the hips and knees after each jump whereas for top speed (where we need to be quick off the floor), we emphasize on quickly rebounding off the floor with fast amortization phase (compared to increased amortization in acceleration). I might have gotten this idea mixed up.

    Hey matt i have a really packed schedule only for one week is it bad if do lets say a speed session from ur speed blueprint on Thursday and friday again a sprint session so back to back on two days becsuse i have no other time or would u say its really bad?

      You can, just maybe cut volume on one day

      ​@@levixx1750 for some exercises instead of doing the number of sets that are given, just do 1 set less or half, or how many you feel are ok for you based on the schedule you have
