So good! These mobility videos keep on outdoing themselves. My only critique is that I wish I could have stopped and smelled the flowers longer! Next time I do this I'm going to hit pause after every mobility segment and just hooooold that stretch for a couple minutes. But even without the longer holds, this flow felt very awesome! Thanks!
