Correction and a big one for the Xbox peeps, the Hall effect option is currently only for the PS5 controllers. It seems like most features have dropped for the Dualsense and trickled to the Xbox pads a few months to a year later. Almost like a feature “port”, it would be cool if these features launched linked across platforms.
Flydigi Apex 4 vs fully-loaded Aim PS5 Hall Effects? Don't care about the price. Just want the best controller wit Hall effects joysticks currently available for PC.
I would have no problem happily paying $300 for controllers if they were guaranteed to work every time. You don't buy a $300 blu-ray player "hoping" it works, you know it will work.
Very well said, and I understand and agree with you. In that video I mentioned I am going to make about buying expensive controllers, I was going to showcase some of the controllers I've owned for several years that still plug along like my elite series 2 which I use ALOT
All I want is an elite 2 but for ps5. I thought that would be the newer nacon but that appears to have been a big disappointment. I wish I had the capital to start my own controller company. Why they don't have someone like our faithful stallion on the payroll or at least as a 3rd party alpha tester or even part of the design process. We could finally get what we want....but, alas
@@jbmotorsportsusa exactly what is needed. I love playstation but I absolutely hate their controllers. The genuine xbox one/series controllers are, for me at least, 10000% more comfortable. I’ve tried the nacon and still have the pdp bfg but the nacon was too bulky in grip areas and the triggers on the pdp imo are awful. I could totally get on board with an elite 2 esque ps5 controller but honestly I find even the default series controller even more comfortable than the elite 2.
@@phos4usredeemer the feel of a controller is your opinion. Some people would rather enjoy the comfort of a ps5 controller than a fat wide Xbox controller.
@@novawolf4877dawg don’t take it so personally. He literally stated in his comment that it’s just his preference. He wants a genuine Xbox-style alternative, not for the Dualsense to be completely scrapped. 💀
I just ordered one like 3 days ago and the video drops today I got one with halleffect option I hope it works good when it gets here. Can't wait for it to arrive !
@@KinggTayy no I did the regular shipping, I ordered hall sticks on the controller it said 30 business days.2 weeks after I placed the order they sent me an email saying they started building it. That was a couple weeks ago.
So I just bought a new custom AIM controller that included the hall effect sticks during Black Friday and I have ENTIRELY different results in Gamepad Tester's circularity test. The jitter is still there when the sticks are at neutral, but I'm getting an average error rate of about 5.4% on the left stick and 3.4% on the right stick, but the circularity itself looks absolutely nothing like what you've shown. It appears they're using circular gates instead of square ones now and there's sections where the right stick doesn't reach the edge of the circle and where the right stick extends past the circle. None of this has any notable effects on gameplay, however and the controller is amazing; I especially LOVE the mechanical switches for d-pad/action buttons. Just wanted to give an update to anyone interested in buying one of these.
15.40 We think what Aim means here is the fact that HE sticks with circulatory of 20% and over have an issue of an outer deadzone. This means that physically when the thumbstick is at 75% (not hitting the edge of the thumbstick ring), gamepad tester or the game you are playing will register it as 100%. So while aiming in game, the camera will think you are already turning full tilt. This might be where the extra sensitivity comes from as standard sticks will register 100% only when the thumbstick physically touches the edge of the thumbstick ring. We had this issue as well with our Hall Effects but since have been able to calibrate them via software bringing the circularity down to 15% and under, this will bring the outer deadzone down to the same levels as standard thumbsticks. That's what we've seen from our experience and hope that all makes sense.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Thank you, that means a lot to us! We can't compare with some of the bigger companies but we do our best to put our competitive and controllers that are built to last!
I ordered one about a year ago and it didn't get any play for around 6 months after i received it (was using my extremeRate controller that still works flawless after 1.5 years) and within the month i started using it, the L2 bumper just gave up. I emailed and they got back to me quick, and since it was out of warranty it was 25$ to repair and shipping was 30$ (sent to Poland I believe). The shipping back was also 30$ which I covered and received my controller within 3 weeks of sending the email. In terms of comfort and use, it quickly became my favorite controller. I received it back and it works proper. Great controller and highly recommend but don't break it or you'll be out around 80$-100$.
Damn thank you for sharing this experience with us. Cool it got fixed, not cool it was almost $100 and broke it the first place. It was my left bumper that broke aswell (or partially broke, it registers when it wants to lol)
Being in Australia, a $300 USD control scales up to $450 before shipping. That is the reason I can't go past the elite series 2, simple value for money.
I don't think these are actually manufactured in the US. I ordered two new PS5 custom controllers with hall-effect sticks from AIM and they shipped from Poland. As for the controllers and company, it has been an absolute nightmare. BOTH controllers had stick-drift right out of the box. The joysticks would also just stop working entirely and wouldn't start working again until I restarted the controllers and PS5 a few times. This is in addition to other problems with the touchpad . The controllers are useless. AIM refused my refund request even after making me jump through multiple hoops like phone calls , emails and videos of my issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone EVER do business with AIM. I'd consider it a fraudulent company.
the company itself is based in Poland, but they put the America blurb on the box so I am sure it's true in some capacity. Sorry to hear about your shiity experience. Definitely not a fraud as I personally own several and there's many happy customers out there but I feel your frustration and I am glad I mentioned experiences like yours in the video.
I’ve bought 4 and not one of them came from the US lol. They said it was because their US shop was “overwhelmed”. If that were the case it wouldn’t be flat rate DHL shipping every time 😂 Another fun fact - the stuff you’re used to seeing included in the box in these reviews is only included for streamers/reviewers. I bought one of the Fluo controllers after watching a review from Tcap and it came with nothing shown in the review (none of that stuff was available anywhere on their site either). Shady business practices aside they’re still the best paddles for my hands, love the trigger stops, only controller I’ve used for Warzone since last year.
samee i ordered the fluo edition and didnt get the extra accessories but the controller itself is working fine for me except one thing, the left stick when pushed up doesnt reach all the way and instead goes about 96%. hope it lasts long@@thebigggesta
@@GamerHeavenOfficialyea mine came from Poland too. I think it’s the opposite. I think they manufacture them in Poland and have some sort of US office base or repair warrantee shop. Which is why no matter how much u spend they can’t offer u free shipping. I mean I can get free shipping on $50+ orders with natural soap which is substantially heavier but you can’t get free shipping on a $300-$500 controller? It’s because they ship from Poland. Theyre probly eating some shipping fees still after that 20$ is paid. On the other hand that shit came hella fast from Poland. Like 2 days once I seen it was shipped. East coast US.
Unfortunately I recieved my hall effect custom controller from Aim with a left thumbstick that would get jammed and had horrible stick drift out of the box. Tried to do the recentering on gamepad tester and it sadly didn't work. Gonna be sending it in for repair. Fingers crossed 🤞 they fix the issues. I actually really loved my first controller from AIm, but the left stick now has range of motion issues where it doesnt read the max actuation. BUT, hoping for the best. Great videos as always! really enjoy your reviews and discussions
My PS5 Aim Controller arrived with the box plastic completely broken/shatteren. Also the base of the right stick cracked, with less than 100 hours of use. Got it repaired which took 3-4 weeks. Which is alot for changing a stick base. But atleast it was free. Love the controller in general, its amazing.
Thank you for sharing. Yeah if it was a stick base (which really shouldn’t break, I’ve actually not heard of that before) I would have just fixed it myself. On the ps5 controllers that black chin piece pops off and you can slide on another stock controllers bases as repair. Again, shouldn’t break in the first place and a month is a long time Aim
@@GamerHeavenOfficial it was the part where you put the different height sticks in, so my right stick kept falling off. I havent found those for purchase anywhere yet.
Hall effect just arrived. They must’ve stepped their game up after initial concerns. Circularity was only 9% and feels absolutely amazing for competetive gaming. Very excited that I could almost have a non breakable competetive controller. Only issue is the paddles are way too tightened and I cannot get them off
@@JRDE56I’ve also just ordered one with Hall effect as well and I’m waiting for it to arrive on Friday so fingers crossed I’ll let you know how it goes
idk what comp games you play but I've heard from competitive cod players that hall effect causes people to overaim a lot and isn't as good for aim assist. Interested to hear all of your thoughts
@@DelayEdits well I play competitive warzone on very high sense for movement etc and just ordered a controller from aim with Hall effect sticks so I’ll let you know
@GamerHeavenOfficial Yeah, i went with HE for that peace of mind of no stick drift & clicky everything. Also, I'm not sure if you know, but when Aim released the HE sticks, they were installing them for free for a limited time, so i immediately bought one, so worth.
Thank you for your reviews!! I received my aim controller a few weeks ago. Noticeable improvement in my aim. My L2 mouse click trigger stop came broken, it like It has to be clicked twice. Lucky me I don’t use the mouse click. Just ordered a 2nd aim controller for my little brother. Im too scared of the Hypr stories to buy from them.
I'm glad you reaffirmed my purchase I ordered my aim controller a little over a month ago, still waiting for it to arrive they said that there's another two week delay at least so it should be here within the 2-month mark from ordering it which was a little disappointing but I hope I'll be as happy with it as I hope to be. I ordered the hall effect joysticks and you got me a little nervous when I saw that part in the video but hopefully like you said I won't notice it in gameplay or maybe I won't have any issue with it.
I literally bought a $350 aim controller last night with hall effect and the whole smorgasbord (except the mechanical bumpers because I watched your other video) for my first pro controller because I really wanted the hall effect + adaptive triggers and the other clicky stuff. I can't wait to watch your video. Edit: I really love your videos, not quite sure who i prefer vs you and vCuda, but I really enjoy that you don't make every small imperfection sound like a cardinal sin like vCuda does. That dude scared me away from buying a pro controller for a while, but I think you do a great job between giving an extremely honest, unbiased and hardcore review for the viewers enjoyment and important information even when the company sends you a controller themselves.
350 bones that thing must be pimped out, I hope you enjoy the hell out of it my friend. As a long-term viewer of Vcuda, I enjoy his videos. I think he has more of that youthful spunk and energy as he is like 15 years younger than me, and says more spicy things and his videos, but this old stallion’s always here to deliver a review as well 🙂🎥
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Thanks man, keep up the good work. Got a good discount off of it so it didn't come out to be 350 but yeah, I will have a meltdown if it is DOA. Keep up the good work!❤
always been watching your vids mahn and really considering to get the scuff pro for pc once my ps4 controller is dead,3 years still no problem controller4ever❤ keep it up with the good content🙌🏻
Glad you enjoy it! personally... im tired of aim, nothing but issues, with constantly having to send it back every 2-3 months, and their customer support is simply awfull... also out of box, stick drift after 20 days, they apologised etc. now im on the hall effect- and it seem to be buggy when i play, and sometimes stop firing when i play COD... im getting back with my Scuff envision personally, as i have 0 issues with it
From my experience: i have a Custom PS5 Controller from Aimcontrollers with the current "Aim Pack Pro V3 Paddles" (which aren't in the warranty) like you said. Only use the Controller for Apex Legends atm, Paddles are on Circle/X (for Bunnyhopping / mid fight crouching) & i broke one paddle after 3 months & 2 more after 4 additional months... they are great paddles overall, but sadly still just plastic paddles that break after enough use ... sadly but 4 new paddles are only cost like 15€ soo i can live with it
I wish a metal option was available or they included like 2 or 3 sets with each controller, I get it's an extra expense but they have to see that snapped rear paddles is a very common (probably the most) claimed issued and revise the plastics to be more soft and flexy or go metal...or go buttons :)
@reece In my experience companies would rather send TH-camrs conducting a review the best they possibly have to offer, not some raggedy re used tech demo off the Best Buy sales floor Heyyy Andy (Movie reference)
I bought my first AimController with Hall effect joysticks about almost a month ago, the circularity test was 8% ~ 4%, it’s a great controller overall, but I had some issues one of them outer dead zone to be specific on the top right corner for the Left stick, I tried to fix with calibration mode but no results unfortunately, it affected my game in Call of duty a bit, the other issue is the jitters. but other than that I really recommend this controller.
Bro I’ve ordered a Hall effect ps5 controller from them 2 months ago but haven’t received it yet. I was irritated as to why I have not received it. But after watching ur video I am more than happy to wait. I would rather have a delayed controller than a jittery joystick.
Thanks for this review! It actually makes me not want to use their HE modules and just go potentiometer and risk the stick drift (I also have had good luck *knock on wood*). I'm thinking about just doing one of their pro prebuilts from their site but I can't tell if they have mechanical face and dpad buttons. With the code it makes one of those $210 US with the smart triggers and back paddles. I sent an email to aim support to see what they say.
my R1 failed for the 2nd time last night. Only played it on the two GOW PC ports. Usually i play games on an xbox controller but wanted to experience the PS ports with haptics
I bought my first controller from AIM around june/july 23. One of the rear paddles had already snapped 4/5 months in and now had to send it in 3 weeks ago due to stick drift. I think their controllers are great but as mentioned in the video, what they state in the warranty is a bit skewed as it states the rear paddles are covered by their lifetime warranty but they told me that they couldn’t confirm as to how the rear paddle snapped because they didn’t know how they were used! LOL Anyway, I didn’t mind paying for them but one of the worst aspects of AIM is their customer service. Very very slow and it takes an eternity for your query to be dealt with. It took me a month to sort out my rear paddle replacements! Now I wait for my controller stick drift to get repaired, they told me it would take 14-30 days and it’s already been 21 so I pray that I get my controller back in working condition.
Just received an AIM customized PS5 controller and immediately noticed two major QA/QC issues. The left trigger stop switch is stuck in place so I cannot switch it on and enable the left trigger stop. The worst issue is that my mechanical "smart" bumpers are giving me ghost inputs so they are activating even when I do not touch them. The controller is essentially DOA and I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Paying $250 for a controller to have major issues out of the box while I have friends who bought the Gamesir G7 SE for $40 and it works like a charm is pretty inexcusable to be honest.
My problem was when I got mine. The tab for removing the paddles does not work immediately out of the box. When I contacted customer service, they said I needed to make a video of it before they would even address it. When you already have to pay for the shipping back to them, I shouldn’t have to go through making a video
I ordered my controler on March 21st , just got here yesterday so it took a while to get here , fully decked out. Hall effect , everything digital and mouse click triggers , everything . But i do wish i had just stuck with the regular stick modules. I am a competitive gamer and even overclocked it feels like it has delay. I spent all my birthday money on it and im a bit sad
@GamerHeavenOfficial I really just want to send it back and get regular potentiometer modules , I'm too competitive and these modules feel terrible , do you think they would do that?
I ordered a custom one on April the 20th and still haven’t received them. I keep hearing about shipping this week then next week. It’s absurd and I’m from the EU, they’re testing it, they said
Do they still have the trigger stops that don’t have the digital click? I don’t like the digital mouse click trigger stops. It takes way more pressure to press them down than just having regular trigger stops and for someone like me with only 30% of range of motion in my hands and hardly any strength to press those digital buttons because of my spinal cord injury is a straight up no go for me. I find them very hard to actually press consistently easily over just a regular one. Which is way easier.
I didn't pop for HE sticks because I literally don't really get stick drift at all. I take good care of my controllers keep in a case wipe them down after use make sure no dust and grime getting into the sticks
I love my aim PS5 controller but I absolutely hate the back paddles. I think they are my least favorite paddles for PS5. Can’t wait for them to update them
I feel you man. the bottom 2 i actually like, but the top 2 aren't very comfy or easily accessible. hopefully since they are swappable they drop a V4 version soon as personally i think the v3's are a step over the v2 which i HATED, but the OG original spider paddles are still my favorite.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial yeah I love the bottom two, I feel like I need to contort my hand to get the top two though. I don’t use the aim controller too much because of it. Right now the scuf reflex is my favorite paddle design for ps5
I have 2 aim controllers, the lower right plastic paddle has snapped on both, one was replaced free but has since broken again. Customer support has told me I would need to pay for replacement paddles the last two times I asked. It would be fine if I could pay for only the one I needed & delivery from Poland to UK is extortionate. Also, the paddles aren't for sale on the shop, so they must go through customer support to buy them. I have given up and just use the top two paddles on both controllers.
I have the Hall Effect AimController. Unfortunately it lasted around a month before being sent back for repair, of which they've had it for nearly two months without an update. The back paddles, which are plastic and arrived in the wrong colour (no big deal), have a design flaw and eventually snap with minimal use they should use metal similar to Elite Series 2 (the controller covers which were stock ones also arrived cracked). They did send out replacement back paddles however the controller board then failed. For the price vs quality, I couldn't recommend. Though the Customer Service team have been very nice, having a defective controller with no timeframe for resolution or updates isn't ideal. Fortunately as the product is sold from Poland (for EU/UK Customers) I'm protected by some strict consumer laws if things go south.
Like I mentioned before, the warranty DOES NOT cover the rear paddles. One of mine snapped and they cited "wear and tear" being the cause and this IS NOT covered by the warranty. Next issue was they asked for photo which I duly sent showing the red/black colour scheme of my controller. They did state straight away that black was not available at present.......so they sent me BLUE ones!! WTF??? Surely they had red ones and these would be more aesthetically pleasing. When I first got the controller (2022), I also had an issue with the bumper. I had to return the controller and they did sort the issue in short order. It has been a good controller for me, it does seem to be having a few issues sporadically these days. Would I buy another one? Undecided at this moment.
I feel like when companies can deem anything wear and tear its supremely wack. Also I would be a little steamed about being sent a color that dosn't match my controller. That is funny (well not really funny actually sad) that you ALSO had a bumper issue but actually great to hear the fixed it and it's been a good controller for you man. I feel like if I was in your shoes, I would also be undecided
I bought a custom controller not to long ago with Hall effects sticks and I was wondering if you yourself or anyone else has had an issue with it in games like gta where you bring up weapon and music wheel the right stick spazzes out and doesn’t let you move it around and select music or guns and sometimes the d pad and the left stick won’t register certain inputs in certain menus
Just got this controller its good and working as it should but i see what people are saying about the hall effect analogs being bad for fps shooters, the analogs feel loose towards the regular dual sense, kinda feel cheap to use when clicking on them aswell, ill check back in soon if anything goes wrong
Any plans to review Nagashock controllers? I’ve been hearing about this company more and more and lately would love to hear what you have to say about their products
Mine is coming! Been waiting 10 weeks because hall sensors. I hope it’s worth it! Love the reviews! Your videos are always fantastic. ♥️ Edit: "Raw dog without it."
saw your first video last month and been wanting to get my game station in my room already ordered everything except a new controller honestly i don’t really have a need for it cus the regular p5 controller still works perfectly for me but ive never owned a pro controller and the features “digital button” and “hall effect” seem extremely good. used it code and it went down from 320 to 240. one quick question tho if i order the 2mm and 4mm for left and right stick do i get the standard ones as well for right stick incase i want to use that ?
I can recenter the controller, but I’m unable to do the recalibration. I’ve tried resetting the controller, but nothing seems to happen. Any suggestions?
Been watching the videos for awhile but I just wanted to say something about the circularity test, it's nice to show this but I don't think most understand or know what to do with the info. A lower number isn't necessarily better, a higher error rate just means the stick has a squared zone which means it can reach in the corner and get 100% input diagonally in two directions at once and that can be a really good thing. With a squared zone for movement, diagonal input presses act similarly to hitting something like W+D on keyboard at the same time or Up+Right on DPAD because it allows you to get 100% max input in two different directions. By default a circular zone will only allow you to get about a max of 75-80% diagonal press. Not many people know about squared zones, but there are some cases/games where a squared input is much better than circular. In GTA 5 stunting for example, the past 8+ years we have been using programs like Steam/DS4Windows/Durazno to raise stick sensitivity to achieve a squared input on controllers with a circular zone. Using the BMX on GTA 5 you spin very slow diagonally with a circular zone, but with a squared zone you can spin almost twice as fast on bikes because you can now get more diagonal range with a squared zone. You can achieve the same diagonal speed with WASD or analog movement mapped to DPAD. Rocket League players also get this benefit where a squared zone would allow faster spin speed pushing diagonally. We stopped using this program awhile ago, but Durazno is an Xinput wrapper that allows you to square the zone and many Rocket League players also used this in the past. For movement squared zones can be great, aiming though is more of a preference but I even like aiming more with a squared zone. It's great to mention anything about pre-baked zones though lol, 8bitdo and Gamesir have some strange coded max input range where the shape stays the same no matter how sensitive you make the stick. If you had a perfect 0.0% percent error rate on an 8bitdo controller vs a 0.9% - 2% error with a PS5 controller that could just mean the 8bitdo has a hard coded range to cheat the test, even though the PS5 stick accuracy/precision is much higher when it comes to small micro adjustments.
Thank you for sharing. I did a GPT video a few months back, I'm not sure if you caught that but I do my best to address some of what you are mentioning.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Np, thanks for the reply! I'll go check it out, don't think I saw that one yet. The squared range thing really isn't something I expect many to know about since most controllers come with a circular range, so unless someone has a controller that already has a squared zone most aren't able to test weird ways squared input can benefit you in some specific games. I think it was patched already but last year on Vampire Survivors as another example, I noticed you go move diagonally wayyy faster vs walking sideways/up/down, I'm guessing the devs designed the game around the circular range and didn't consider testing it. When I found out how squared zones affected the game in like 2015 or so, I was even going out and buying/returning controllers at Walmart trying just to find at least one that comes squared so I recommend a good stunting controller to the community lmao. It's pretty rare to find an Xbox/PS one that comes squared like this Aim controller is here, so I might end up recommending this a friend of mine who plays GTA 5 on PS5 haha. Appreciate the work you've been putting into the videos in the past though man, keep it up.
PS - I just got my controller after 2 months and it is flawless so far. I’ll confirm that their warehouse is indeed in Poland (where it was shipped from). The controller it self is amazing. *All comparisons are done with the Aim Pro controller from Amazon* They fixed the flat pause and capture buttons. Now it’s very tacky. The rear paddles have also gotten a bit quieter, but it just might not be intentional since it could be said only for the top paddles. The hair triggers are also more responsive and tend to flat out less. The only thing that I would complain about is the quality of the touchpad. The surface is not flat like og ps5 controller, and has a lip around the border like as if it’s a fucking picture frame. Other than that absolutely fucking great. The Hall effects feel great and responsive. EDIT: the right joystick has a range problem. On the top left angle, the range is 83% in comparison to the other angles. I’ve been emailing them but they’ve been only replying once a day.
Kev, Great video. I ordered my controller back half of April waiting to receive soon. PROBLEM - if the customer opts in for AIM Hall Effect sticks I think they SHOULD cover those under warranty. I get OEM sticks but you are paying AIM for their aftermarket parts just like rear paddles or buttons. Kinda scummy to not cover them.
That's a fantastic point. The hall modules are actually installed by Aim. I said in the video I think ALL drift potentiometer or hall should be covered for at LEAST 6 months (a year would be better) but either way it needs to be longer...thats what she said.
The digital buttons I got on mine a year ago aren't great...well specifically the X button makes a loud squeak every time I press it. I think the housing isn't set right or something scraping up against it.
that sucks to hear! shouldn't be a squeak there's no rubber pad like a membrane, or a visible spring for that matter so i am trying to figure out what sounds like a motel 6 mattress...squeaky.
I often stay away from adjustable triggers since i play shooters a lotttt... Like i compete in call of duty challengers so it gets used sometimes a few hours a day. I previously had a scuf envision and the trigger stops broke and then eventually i got insane stick drift and the left stick doesnt click down properly. Is a controller from aim durable enough for that or am i going to be sending it back in 6 months ?
I only got a chord and my sticks with my controler which came in yesterday , paid 385 bucks , some of that was the "aimsurance" but still over 300 easily
Sounds like one premium ass’ed controller. Whaaaa they still offfer aimsurance!? I didn’t see that in the builder options or I would have mentioned in the video. I thought they ditched the paid option.
They came out with a website to fix the circular of the Hall effect joystick now which will bring it down to 7-5% but the jitter you wil have with ksliver the console will take jitter out… gulikit trm are making a better magnetic joystick
Cool video! Would younsay the aimcontroller is the best ps5 controller right now? Im thinking of buying one, as they also offer a great discount now. Im still contemplating whether to get the hall sticks or not?
I've been looking into this because I'm an addict of the game Rocket League on PC. I use a DS5 controller and they are made of styrofoam and the sticks die within about 3 months on average for me. I've been through 10 controllers in the last 2-3 years. They cost 70 quid a pop. I just want a bang average DS5 controller with well calibrated hall effect analogue sticks. I was about to spend 300 euros on one of these and you say it's actually not even a great stick. What do I do? There's SO many options for xbox style controllers but I can not find a decent hall effect dualshock 5 and I really, really don't want to change. I have 8k hours in Rocket league, almost all of them on a dualshock. My muscle memory won't let me switch.
I got my aim controller with Hall effect about month ago and I had to send it back bc the calibration or something got messed up then the right stick completely stopped working so I had to send it back.
I order 2 remotes from aim within about 3 months apart. I loved the 1st one so much a ad to get a 2nd. About 2 weeks ago got some crazy stick drift on the right stick that was causing the stick to just pull all of the place. It was an amazing controller before this. Unfortunately I'm sending back this week for repair. I literally just received my 2nd brand new aim controller today 6-10-24. Both sticks have pretty significant drift right out of the box. I'm honestly so disappointed at this point. Those re-centering/ calibration steps don't work for me at all. If you would have asked me 3 weeks ago I would have told you aim is having a sale and you should jump on it before it's gone. Right now I advise people to steer clear of the hall effect sticks. They are not what we have all been hoping for unfortunately. When I sent the vid of what was happening they literally never emailed me back and just sent me a return label with no more communication lol smh
He Gamer Heaven I also bought the AIM PS5 controller with Hall effect sticks. If I'm not mistaken, a 20% stick rate is high, and Hall effect sticks should be a lot lower, right? I'm still waiting for my controller to arrive, and I also got the remap chip for the Xbox controller. I can't wait to try it out, but that 20% has me worried.
Hey Reece, yes that is higher than most potentiometer sticks which are around 10-16%, they didn't feel any different in gameplay but not what we like to see in GPT. hopefully they start using some better modules in the near future. So you got 2, a dualsense and an xbox controller? nice, they new xbox paddles are a big step up from the old version. have a good one
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Yes got both because of the 50% discount to good to be true. but first bought the static paddles for xbox but quicly upgraded to the remap truw customer support. It does give me some ease to hear that it wasn't noticeable the 20% thankyou for the reply always enjoy your videos!
Only thing I hate about aim is the lack of customization in the paddles for setting triggers bumpers that it’s only for the face buttons.. I only have 1arm and I’d love an aim controller to set the paddles for triggers etc.. another thing is aim once made me a custom controller for ps4 and set 2 paddles to the bumper and trigger I needed but I can’t change it and the other paddles do jack squat .. I asked them to make me a ps5 controller the same way and they said yes sure and after building it paying for it I got a email from them saying never mind that they would not be customizing it for me and cancelled my order.. so I took my money elsewhere and got a extremeRate kit and done it myself with 1 arm which was hard as hell but it’s done.. also bought a nagashock controller with 4 buttons on 1 side and got stick tension on right side and it develop stick drift but WD40 contact cleaner fixed that issue but it’s always had a problem with the stick like would feel like it’s getting caught on something on rotating the stick from tension after the warranty ended..
@@GamerHeavenOfficial no problem.. keep up the good work.. love the videos.. if you could touch on those in the future that be awesome.. but you don’t have to
Also is it me or the aim paddles feel clumsy and cheap compared to the scuf paddles I feel like the scuf controller has better grip also better actuation when you press the paddles let me know
Been using aim ps4 controller for 2 years, decided to try the ps5 ones last week, unfortunately the paddles are poorly designed they're too short forcing u to hold the controller in a weird unnatural way, I wish they made them longer like their ps4 ones
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Hey I finally got my controller in yesterday and it has crazy stick drift right out of the box. I've tried using the recalibration video pinned in your video and i can not for the life of me get it into recalibration mode to fix the issue. Any and all help would be amazing i took videos of it so if i need to send them to you somehow i can do that
Given the sensitivity of both potentiometers and hall effect, there mere acts of shipping and handling before it gets to you, the shock and vibrations can throw it out of calibration. This is not on the company. Want proof? Drop your new dual sense a few times and enjoy the new stick drift.
So the Envision has actually not been the most comfy for me, but I do like a bunch of it's other features. since you can get a Aimback V3 at $180, the same range as the Envision, I personally would pickup an aim, especially if you want to be able to use 1 controller on all the consoles too (don't know if console support matters to you)
@@GamerHeavenOfficial my only issue with the scuf which surprised me is the dongle, it's not only super cheap feeling, mine out of the box almost every time I play a game loses connection and shuts off for whatever reason, I'm thinking of going the aim rout I really like the options except the 50 dollar hike for the sticks but it is what it is. Thanks for the response 😁
I can comment my experience on their warranty/customer service I got mine a little while back and about 3 days after I received it, it fell from the edge of my bed and whatever they have to ensure the mouse click on the triggers came loose and I could hear it rumbling around inside the controller if I shook it I emailed aim wondering if that would even be under warranty considering they have a “foul use” policy (basically you can’t purposefully throw your controller at a wall, smash it to bits and say “gimme a new one NOW) After a few back and forth emails it is back with aim currently being repaired for free except for paying for shipping, which I was totally fine with The only criticism of their customer service I have (so far) is that they typically take 2-3 days to reply to an email, so that actual process of sending emails to have them finally send me a return label took almost 2 weeks in and of itself and it was the same woman that was replying everytime, so I think this is literally just a case of not being as big of a company and not having as many employees in that role so poor aleksandra probably had to deal with a bunch of other dumbasses like me lol
Thank you for sharing this experience. You’re actually the second or third person I’ve heard say it takes about 48 to 72 hours to respond, which isn’t terrible but there are other companies that’ll get back to you within 24 hours so it’s definitely possible
@@GamerHeavenOfficial that and their emails are usually very simple so you have to almost drag some info out of them One example is they said I could send my controller back by post or by paying €28 for a specific return label, I replied saying I’d like to pay the €28 They basically said “that’s cool” Then I had to reply “ok so how do I actually pay lol” Just very small stuff like that, other than that they’re very nice and clearly do care about this kind of stuff
I actually "only" own 201 controllers, and alot of those are retro/collectable and more of a display piece (and counting towards my Guinness world record attempt). I have actually shared this information in previous videos but the controllers on the wall in my living room are the ones I use frequently. I can make a short video showing some of my controllers I have owned for several years for example my elite series 2!
Hey mate, I have an aim pro controller for just over a year and have had the paddles break 2 times aswell as the right analogue stick randomly pull/jitter to the left twice. The first time I paid to send it back which is pricey since they are not UK based so it cost me approx 26pounds to ship out and took them 2 months to return. The second time it happened it was 4 months after my last repair and again I would need to pay for shipping and now replacement of the stick. At this point it is amounting to buying a brand new controller and if history says anything the sticks will clearly go again after afew months. I'm just waiting on your reviews of the new gamesir controllers before I decide what controller to buy but I'm completely done with AIM. P.s. my brother has had the same issue with his too so i know its a manufacturing fault
damn if they are making customers pay shipping for defective units within the term of warranty that's wack. I could understand it if they were doing someone a favor by repairing/covering a part that wasn't covered or the warranty had expired, but all shipping costs should be covered for repairs IMO
@GamerHeavenOfficial yeah especially if the issue isn't stick drift but a faulty right analogue stick. They say that if its an analogue issue outside of 45days then it's down to us to ship. The paddles breaking is just annoying when they ask for us to pay to get them shipped and buy. It's these issues that have made me give up on getting another custom controller, I think I'll buy the gamesir you review in the future if you give it the stamp of approval or I'll get the flydigi apex 4 as I really want a 1000hz rate and hall effects going forward
I ordered 2 and both of mine are dog piss the Hall effects are super sensitive (no bs i swear) and i had to cut my sense in half and my ads multiplier im a resurgence nerd/sweat and it drastically impacted my movement and aim it just didnt feel natural after about a month and a half I switched back to my scuf They sent out an email to me about how they’re sensitive and you have to lower your sense but it still didn’t feel the same im not sure what to even do because i paid a ton of money for 2 of them
As someone who has used several different Hall effect gamepads, you shouldn’t have to change your sensitivity, I don’t know what modules they are using but that isn’t the standard or norm for Hall effect thumbstick modules. Thats why I called out that blurb on their builder as hysterical bullshit
@@GamerHeavenOfficial yea the only other hall ive used is hypr ansd theirs is fine im not sure what it is i wish i could show you but they really messed up how i played i could send you the pdf they sent me on how to adjust your sense maybe it was the trial batch you mentioned in your video when playin on 10 sense it felt more like 16
i would buy more of them i bought my first one 3 days ago and waiting but they are so expensive at max ill have 3 but most likely just the one i ordered or 2
One thing about their warranty they ask for a email video showing the problem on the controller and before you send it in they will ask you to reset the controller first which is a bit of annoying cause if you offer warranty and I explain the problem why should I send you a video about it you know one of my aim something the aim bottom L2 sometimes it doesn’t respond it doesn’t happen always might me malfunction from time to time and I can’t send a video about that cause it doesn’t happen all the time they ask me for a video before I send it in I wasn’t in to the part where you mentioned the bumper problem and mine has it as well I stop using the controller cause of that
That sounds annoying. I have had a couple vendors on Amazon need to see videos or pictures before sending a return, and they have you do time wasting steps that arent even the issue. HOLY Smokes! We have another busted bumper!? I think we may be seeing a trend here.
Followed your channel and watched the pertinent videos (among many others) prior to purchase, I am a little disappointed in aim. I have received my controller 3 days prior to writing this and unfortunately, the issues became apparent right out the box. In particular to the Hall Effect joysticks. My character won’t register full sprint when motioned fully forward. I’ve reached out to aim, in which I had to wait the 24-74 hour reply window only for them to “pen-pal” with EACH AND EVERY troubleshooting response. I am currently awaiting the second response to see about rectifying the issue on my end prior to sending it back for repair. 45 biz day wait and the excitement has been let out in the fashion of a whoopie cushion… It’s like the BMW of controllers. Nice and beautiful if it were to function
That makes me sad to read. I like the bmw analogy and I get it, no one wants a broken pro controller delivered. Also the communication you mentioned sounds slow and not very efficient in dealing with customers claims 😏
I just want a ps5 controller that is quality in feel and function that also won’t ever drift. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this controller who has actually tried it?
bought one, I have never returned anything faster the 4 back paddles are so stiff, impossible to use competively, especially since I use 4 paddles instead of the 4 face buttons
Please explain this stiffness to us. I have 10 rear buttons sections in previous reviews from different Aim pads over the last 3 years, while I can't say I was fully Stiff, I CAN say....they are not. Also I am curious what you deemed your return reason: "fully aroused paddles"
I wanted to get one of these, but the dual sense edge replaceable thumb stick modules sold me. As ugly as I think the controller is compared to Aim, making stick drift a $20 fix was worth more for me
Oh I totally get it Travis. The edge has honestly been one of my favorite PS controllers since I picked it up, I haven’t needed to swap the modules but it’s good to know the option is there… If you can find them in stock (modules) currently
Ordered one back in December a few weeks before Christmas, stated 2 weeks for delivery and paid extra for faster delivery and i think ended up being over 5 weeks maybe even 6. They sent me a pair of socks to apologise :/ After going from a scuf reflex pro to an aim i was a little dissapointed to be honest. Right out of the box the dpad was very sqeuaky and very stiff to press and also the whole controller when playing was making creaking noises. I thought the pro grip was also nowhere near as good as scuf, it was not as thick or as grippy. kontrolfreaks also are very lose on the analog sticks and don't really fit propely. i agree the back paddles are much better and the best for comfort but for me the scuf felt way more premium. after many complaints and me telling them i wanted to cancel the order or rturn it, which i couldnt as was custom and past 14 days since ordered, they offered a 10% discount on a future order, was not impressed. But now nealry 10 months later the right analog stck cap keeps poping out and i have had to super glue it in, and now i have insane stick drift on the left stick. Maybe if the hall effect was avaliable at the time my controller would still be okay now but 250eur for less than 10 months kinda sucks. Although to be fair my Scuff only lasted a little over a year and was 50eur more so maybe in terms of longevity and price they lasted around the same time. Maybe i have just been unlucky with my order but now i really don't know what to go for next. i could try Aim again with the hall effect or go back to scuf. But just priced an aim up and coming out at 350eur but there is a bigspender promo code for 30% off so only 230eur, Scuf is coming out 370eur and is pretty much just a performance build 😐alos can only use a code to get it down to 350eur 🤷♂ so maybe after all that i go with Aim again purely becuase 120eur cheaper 🤣 i get this comment doesnt really help anyone and is kinda pointless but yeah 😅
Well my answer may be changing soon because there are 2 very promising new custom companies that I am testing. Let me get back to you shortly with a proper video
The manba one controller is a solid option in my opinion for budget that has everything that you would want out of a pro controller for $70. I have no idea what the best premium controller could be. It obviously comes down to preference, but I eventually landed on AIM for the best one if you have no budget. Hall effect thumb sticks was a huge seller for me, + the amazing active triggers + mouse click face buttons and d-pad options are amazing. Also has a bunch of customization options if you want to drop even more dough. Overall, an amazing controller with a lifetime warranty you can get for $180-400 depending on your options.
Actually the manba one is only for switch & pc for some odd reason. I have no clue why companies like guilikit and gamesir do that crap instead of a console people actually want a freaking pro controller for.
I like the aim controllers I am on my second and last one. The controller is about a year old and here is my experience. First controller PS4 no issues 2yrs old. The PS5 the back paddle sticks broke and I was charged $15-20 USD to ship ONE Paddle I would expect they would give me. Now I have stick drift and I am just going to chuck the controller in the garbage. I going to buy the new PS5 edge since the warranty will be much better over the lifetime of owning the controller. The reason why AIM does not cover stick drift is they know the modules have standard shelf life and will need to be replaced during your life time of owning the controller. With the PS5 if I have a drift I can return it and get it fixed within the 1year warranty. If the cost to return is too expensive well I have the option of replacing the modules. Its sad because I do like my AIM controller but the truth is they use low quality parts and they nickel and dime you for warranty.
So what is the best paddle controller for ps5?

That makes sense. Thank you for this information. Also I have heard plenty of good things about your companies controllers, they look impressive.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Thank you, that means a lot to us! We can't compare with some of the bigger companies but we do our best to put our competitive and controllers that are built to last!
I just got the same exact controller. Skin and everything 4 days ago. Its really nice and no complaints.
Sick
Absolutely mate, makes perfect sense for any Au customers! The elite 2 is still a sweet piece of plastic ass lol.
Stick drift in elite series 2.
I just got my tracking number as well and it says it's shipping from Poland
I’ve bought 4 and not one of them came from the US lol. They said it was because their US shop was “overwhelmed”. If that were the case it wouldn’t be flat rate DHL shipping every time 😂
Another fun fact - the stuff you’re used to seeing included in the box in these reviews is only included for streamers/reviewers.
Mine should be coming in within the next couple of weeks or so! Im so excited to try it out! 💪🏽
Awesome Jacob, I hope you enjoy the hell out of it.
Mine too, I ordered mine last night. SO, freaking excited.

same i ordered mine 3 days ago with chameleon front panels
Only issue is the paddles are way too tightened and I cannot get them off
How’s it holding up now 3 months later mate? I’m really interested in getting one and I also play competitive with low deadzone settings etc..

@@DelayEdits well I play competitive warzone on very high sense for movement etc and just ordered a controller from aim with Hall effect sticks so I’ll let you know
I'm glad to say mine is working well (for now). No jitters, no stick drift, buttons all work, and circularity is good (low teens, & under 10).
Also, i bought mine at a discount with a code at $237, not bad
That’s awesome to hear! Not to shabby at all price wise. Did you get the regular thumbstick modules or the hall ones?
Any updates on the Hall effect thumbsticks??

Only use the Controller for Apex Legends atm, Paddles are on Circle/X (for Bunnyhopping / mid fight crouching) & i broke one paddle after 3 months & 2 more after 4 additional months...
they are great paddles overall, but sadly still just plastic paddles that break after enough use ... sadly
but 4 new paddles are only cost like 15€ soo i can live with it
I wish a metal option was available or they included like 2 or 3 sets with each controller, I get it's an extra expense but they have to see that snapped rear paddles is a very common (probably the most) claimed issued and revise the plastics to be more soft and flexy or go metal...or go buttons :)
So it's 230us for 4 back buttons and the hall effects. Yeah I'm learning how to solder
My HE sticks had a circularity of 8% and 4% off the box. The sticks feel very good!
Also order Aim controller with HE my self that would be great maby because gamer heaven got the test batch that it was higher?
That’s great to hear. Both aim Hall effect controllers I’ve tested have been
In the 20s.
@reece
In my experience companies would rather send TH-camrs conducting a review the best they possibly have to offer, not some raggedy re used tech demo off the Best Buy sales floor
Heyyy Andy
(Movie reference)
I bought my first AimController with Hall effect joysticks about almost a month ago, the circularity test was 8% ~ 4%, it’s a great controller overall,
but I had some issues one of them outer dead zone to be specific on the top right corner for the Left stick, I tried to fix with calibration mode but no results unfortunately, it affected my game in Call of duty a bit, the other issue is the jitters.
but other than that I really recommend this controller.
Thanks for your review, or sharing I should say. Did you get the regular sticks or the new hall ones?
@@GamerHeavenOfficial the new Hall ones
I have this same problem with the top right outer dead zone on my right stick. Aim said to recalibrate but it didn’t help.
Bro I’ve ordered a Hall effect ps5 controller from them 2 months ago but haven’t received it yet. I was irritated as to why I have not received it. But after watching ur video I am more than happy to wait. I would rather have a delayed controller than a jittery joystick.
Same
Thanks for this review!
LOL
Anyway, I didn’t mind paying for them but one of the worst aspects of AIM is their customer service.
Damn. Thank you for sharing your experience. Have you overclocked the aim controller?
@@GamerHeavenOfficial yeah overclocked it to 8000hz , still feels off
@GamerHeavenOfficial I really just want to send it back and get regular potentiometer modules , I'm too competitive and these modules feel terrible , do you think they would do that?
Love it
@GamerHeavenOfficial we gotta look after our babies
My aim Hall effect controller is great, I haven’t noticed a gitter in game so it’s all set imo :)
Good to know!
Are you being honest? @B13Jerseyking75J
I’m thinking about getting an aim controller, but I’m seeing more negative than positive reviews about it. I don’t know what to do!😕
I love my aim PS5 controller but I absolutely hate the back paddles.
I have given up and just use the top two paddles on both controllers.
i don’t understand, wtf is the life time warranty for then ?
I've had to replace my paddles here recently, Aim " covers the cost" of the paddles but makes you pay the shipping, which is $14.
Good to know, thank you.
I had one snap and they replaced it no problem
What is that background noise from 21:42 to 21:44?
I bought a custom controller not to long ago with Hall effects sticks and I was wondering if you yourself or anyone else has had an issue with it in games like gta where you bring up weapon and music wheel the right stick spazzes out and doesn’t let you move it around and select music or guns and sometimes the d pad and the left stick won’t register certain inputs in certain menus
Recalibration fixed the jitter on mine and now that has perfect resting values however still getting about 15-17% on gamepad tester circularity
Hell yes. People have asked for a naga review for almost a year. Its on the list to get reviewed
Can i ask you the conperative in those trigers has mouse click, and the scuf fps?
Mine is coming! Been waiting 10 weeks because hall sensors. I hope it’s worth it! Love the reviews! Your videos are always fantastic. ♥️
Edit: "Raw dog without it."
Raw doggy lol. I hope it arrives to your doorstep swiftly, and you send many souls back to the lobby
woah 10 weeks wth
Damn! 10 weeks?! It's been almost 4 for me and was hoping it would ship soon. 😬 Guessing probably not.
I just emailed them for an update because this is the 10 week mark. They are having a delays in the build process. Another 1-2 weeks….
Can you notice the “less tension” on the controllers? And the circulation error
saw your first video last month and been wanting to get my game station in my room already ordered everything except a new controller honestly i don’t really have a need for it cus the regular p5 controller still works perfectly for me but ive never owned a pro controller and the features “digital button” and “hall effect” seem extremely good. used it code and it went down from 320 to 240. one quick question tho if i order the 2mm and 4mm for left and right stick do i get the standard ones as well for right stick incase i want to use that ?
I can recenter the controller, but I’m unable to do the recalibration. I’ve tried resetting the controller, but nothing seems to happen. Any suggestions?
I’m shocked to hear that the thumbstick modules aren’t covered by the lifetime warranty. Did I hear that wrong?
No my handsome comrade unfortunately that is the case. Really hope they extend coverage to the ol front niblets
Rocket League players also get
this benefit where a squared zone would allow faster spin speed pushing diagonally. We stopped using this program awhile ago, but Durazno is an Xinput wrapper that allows you to square the
zone and many Rocket League players also used this in the past.
What if you only want hall effect but want comfortable enough to mod your only controller?
Had my aim controller for 6months and the left thumbs stick started working intermittently…. It sucks because they don’t cover over 45days
Whats the best ps5 controller in your opinion? Was looking at xim nexus but i want to plug and play
I recently bought the armor x pro and that was worth the $70, specially for the amount of stuff you can do with it along with the app.
I’m glad you’re enjoying it, I had the pleasure of reviewing that thing
I got my aim controller with Hall effect about month ago and I had to send it back bc the calibration or something got messed up then the right stick completely stopped working so I had to send it back.
Will this controller successfully charge on a dualsense charging dock?
I had my trigger pulls break twice in 4 months
sorry to hear that. is it still in warranty? wait the hell am i talking about, those are covered by the lifetime
I ordered one with full option 7 weeks ago and still waiting for me… hopes it works and comes fast
Me too😂😂
Cool Review whats the best controller for PC right now to buy?
Do you have a budget in mind, or any must live with features? Do you plan on using it on Console as well?
have you reviewed pulze controllers yet?
Not yet
Bought my first today
Did I maxed out? Maybe
What a beast
I had to re calibrate my AIM when it first arrived. Also had to send it back to my left trigger stopped working smh
That’s really disappointing to hear.
I just got the tracking number for mine and it says it's being shipped from Poland haha
Yeah their company is based in Poland, maybe the glue used in the accessories is from the US 😂
Only thing I hate about aim is the lack of customization in the paddles for setting triggers bumpers that it’s only for the face buttons..
Thank you for the share!
@@GamerHeavenOfficial no problem.. keep up the good work.. love the videos.. if you could touch on those in the future that be awesome.. but you don’t have to
Also is it me or the aim paddles feel clumsy and cheap compared to the scuf paddles I feel like the scuf controller has better grip also better actuation when you press the paddles let me know
Was told by aim about 3 weeks ago no hall effects on xbox are they offering them now.?
Damn you are absolutely right! I just made a pinned comment with that correction. That’s a cryin ass shame 😢
i would trade stick drift every 3 to 6 months for a permanent stick drift fix with some jitter in neutral and maybe some MS of imput all day long
Been using aim ps4 controller for 2 years, decided to try the ps5 ones last week, unfortunately the paddles are poorly designed they're too short forcing u to hold the controller in a weird unnatural way, I wish they made them longer like their ps4 ones
Still waiting on mine! ❤
When did you order if you don't mind me asking.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial April 22nd
Same! Ordered mine on 4/29. Customized with the Hall Effect sticks so I knew it would take a while. Can't wait to get it and try it out.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Hey I finally got my controller in yesterday and it has crazy stick drift right out of the box. I've tried using the recalibration video pinned in your video and i can not for the life of me get it into recalibration mode to fix the issue. Any and all help would be amazing i took videos of it so if i need to send them to you somehow i can do that
@@Sukey239 did you get yours yet?
Given the sensitivity of both potentiometers and hall effect, there mere acts of shipping and handling before it gets to you, the shock and vibrations can throw it out of calibration. This is not on the company. Want proof? Drop your new dual sense a few times and enjoy the new stick drift.
😂 it’s to early to read a statement like this. No one do this
Question, for the price, I just got the scuff pc controller, do you prefer the aim over it? Just in terms of feel. And great vid like always brother 😁
I can comment my experience on their warranty/customer service
I got mine a little while back and about 3 days after I received it, it fell from the edge of my bed and whatever they have to ensure the mouse click on the triggers came loose and I could hear it rumbling around inside the controller if I shook it
I emailed aim wondering if that would even be under warranty considering they have a “foul use” policy (basically you can’t purposefully throw your controller at a wall, smash it to bits and say “gimme a new one NOW)
After a few back and forth emails it is back with aim currently being repaired for free except for paying for shipping, which I was totally fine with
The only criticism of their customer service I have (so far) is that they typically take 2-3 days to reply to an email, so that actual process of sending emails to have them finally send me a return label took almost 2 weeks in and of itself and it was the same woman that was replying everytime, so I think this is literally just a case of not being as big of a company and not having as many employees in that role so poor aleksandra probably had to deal with a bunch of other dumbasses like me lol
Thank you for sharing this experience. You’re actually the second or third person I’ve heard say it takes about 48 to 72 hours to respond, which isn’t terrible but there are other companies that’ll get back to you within 24 hours so it’s definitely possible
@@GamerHeavenOfficial that and their emails are usually very simple so you have to almost drag some info out of them
One example is they said I could send my controller back by post or by paying €28 for a specific return label, I replied saying I’d like to pay the €28
They basically said “that’s cool”
Then I had to reply “ok so how do I actually pay lol”
Just very small stuff like that, other than that they’re very nice and clearly do care about this kind of stuff
My question to you is out of all 5 thousand controller you have lol which one is that one that you used the most I need that info
@@GamerHeavenOfficial I’ll check it out 2 jobs 4 kids I try to watch all of your videos but sometimes I can’t
I ordered 2 and both of mine are dog piss the Hall effects are super sensitive (no bs i swear) and i had to cut my sense in half and my ads multiplier
im a resurgence nerd/sweat and it drastically impacted my movement and aim it just didnt feel natural after about a month and a half I switched back to my scuf
They sent out an email to me about how they’re sensitive and you have to lower your sense but it still didn’t feel the same im not sure what to even do because i paid a ton of money for 2 of them
As someone who has used several different Hall effect gamepads, you shouldn’t have to change your sensitivity, I don’t know what modules they are using but that isn’t the standard or norm for Hall effect thumbstick modules. Thats why I called out that blurb on their builder as hysterical bullshit
@@GamerHeavenOfficial yea the only other hall ive used is hypr ansd theirs is fine im not sure what it is i wish i could show you but they really messed up how i played i could send you the pdf they sent me on how to adjust your sense
maybe it was the trial batch you mentioned in your video
when playin on 10 sense it felt more like 16
i would buy more of them i bought my first one 3 days ago and waiting but they are so expensive at max ill have 3 but most likely just the one i ordered or 2
One thing about their warranty they ask for a email video showing the problem on the controller and before you send it in they will ask you to reset the controller first which is a bit of annoying cause if you offer warranty and I explain the problem why should I send you a video about it you know one of my aim something the aim bottom L2 sometimes it doesn’t respond it doesn’t happen always might me malfunction from time to time and I can’t send a video about that cause it doesn’t happen all the time they ask me for a video before I send it in I wasn’t in to the part where you mentioned the bumper problem and mine has it as well I stop using the controller cause of that
That sounds annoying. I have had a couple vendors on Amazon need to see videos or pictures before sending a return, and they have you do time wasting steps that arent even the issue. HOLY Smokes! We have another busted bumper!? I think we may be seeing a trend here.
Followed your channel and watched the pertinent videos (among many others) prior to purchase,
I am a little disappointed in aim.
45 biz day wait and the excitement has been let out in the fashion of a whoopie cushion…
It’s like the BMW of controllers.
Been waiting for it for 47 days. I know they say up till 50 days till it's sent, but I'd appreciate some news from them :(

My scuff fps just broke on me. I think im going woth the aim pro. I hope im not making a mistake.
Sad to hear. What broke on the scuf? Aim is still very good custom controllers overall
bought one, I have never returned anything faster the 4 back paddles are so stiff, impossible to use competively, especially since I use 4 paddles instead of the 4 face buttons
I just want two things:
What is the definitive no-BS budget controller and what is the king no-BS premium controllers
Well my answer may be changing soon because there are 2 very promising new custom companies that I am testing. Let me get back to you shortly with a proper video
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Please tell me the budget one have gyro, 4 pads and hall.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial is one of them gamesir
Would you prefer Aim controllers or HYPR controllers?
Hypr rear buttons, but literally every other part goes to Aim and the paddles aren’t bad, like a 7 for me. Aim >hypr
