Great review on a product trio that I will call the best of the Best. I still can't get over the fact that you got around the whole car with less than 10 sprays. For $25 you have a top notch product that can cover over a 100 cars. This is nuts, wonderfully so. I love Turtle 🐢 Wax Pro line.
Thanks, Kyle! Man, me too! Barley used ANY product! Price for results are hard to beat with this Pro line Turtlewax put out. Really enjoyed it!!! And results speak for themselves right? Appreciate you watching my friend!🤝✊
I like the way you broke down the reviews of the Pro line into 3 different videos, that way you could focus on just one product at a time and really get into the product without having to rush and review all three in one video. If you had tried to do all of them in one, we wouldn't have gotten to see all the 'details' and ins & outs of each product the way we did. One suggestion, in the last video, I would have put a walk-around of the car in its original state then do the walk-around of the finished product. I know you did 50/50 shots in the One and Done video, but I think the effect would have been more dramatic with a "Whole car before, then a whole car after." I have a 7 year old black Camaro that has been maintained with the 'Original' Hybrid Solutions products since they were made available and I can't wait to use the Pro Line once winter is over. I will be doing it exactly like you did on the Honda...One & Done, Max Wax and topped with Flex Wax. Touching on durability, I hit a rut last summer and I haven't touched my car since July, BUT the Original Hybrid Solutions products are STILL beading water on the top surfaces of the car...if the Pro Line products even ONLY have similar durability, they will definitely be winners in my book.
Thank you Don! Appreciate the input. I thought about that after the video was edited 😄 my mistake. I'll make sure to apply that to my future vids!!! Just wondering. Did TW send you the hat too? That hat isn’t available on their website. I’ve used both the Max and Flex on recent details. Extremely slick. Not as easy to apply and wipe off as a paint sealant like The Last Coat. I, myself, would only apply Flex dry once a month.
Ron, yes they sent me the hat a while back👍 yeah there are others that don't require that damp towel which adds a slight increase in time but it's much much slicker than the last coat. So the slight ease of use difference doesn't bother me at all👍 once a month as a stand alone would keep it fully hydrophobic as well as protected. Especially if you have the max wax as your base. @@PapaSmurf918Detail wow thanks for replying. I totally agree about the Max and Flex being slicker. I have Black Ice from The Last Coat on my car and I just thought it was slick😂! I couldn't have said it better myself!!! 🤙 you absolutely don't, shot from my gopro hero4 and edited with a free editing app for over a year... all from my phone, with my 11 dollar tri pod off Amazon 😄 I'm living proof hahaha! If you ever need any help please don't hesitate to ask. 👍
Can't wait for this to hit Australia cheers for the vid man👌
Your gonna love it man! Appreciate you tuning in!!! Take care!
You did a good job with that hammered paint bro. Good stuff.
Appreciate that, Amir. Had a good time here with these new TW products 👍 was very happy with outcome! ✊
@@PapaSmurf918Detail so I got to use the Pro kit , very interesting stuff. The to the Max Wax is good stuff. Same for the Flex Wax , try using your Polish Angel over the Flex Wax. It pretty much lets anything top it. I’ve used it with C2V3 and it’s outstanding. Same for Polyseal , Artdeshine Nano Gloss paint Sealant , OP Ceramic Detailer , and a bunch of other sprays I got. Even used it with Xtreme Solutions 357 Magnum wax. The new Turtle wax offerings are really good. If it wasn’t so dam cold I’d be using it on clients cars now.
@@AmirAbdullah I'll definitely try some different things out with this Turtlewax but I wanna see what it can give me together before I go topping hahaa
Every time you said to look at the flake in the panel I'd see you. Is that what you meant? Nice work once again. I love doing cars that are rough like that one was.
😂😂😂 thanks my friend! Doing these cars that are in rough shape are very rewarding! Hope to see you in the livestream tomorrow at 2pm!
I found that the flex wax works better with 3-4 sprays and wipe with wet and skipping the dry micro fiber all together. Also I did this on my truck which has bigger panels.
Steven haven't tried that method but thanks for that input man! 👍 appreciate you watching too!
@@PapaSmurf918Detail I actually just got to the part where you're doing the roof with wet and then buff with plush. That's exactly how I did it. Great stuff! Just subbed! Look forward to your content.
Hahaha all good man I appreciate the sub bro! 🤝
Awesome video. Especially like how you did the videos for the three products. Question: Any issues if the flex or the Max to the wax get applied on to the plastics? For example, white marks once they dry.
Thanks my friend! Appreciate that. Ummm.. as far as I can remember I didn't have any issues with the flex wax on plastics.. the max wax I kept away from plastics. 👍
Wow turtle wax has come a loong way. Great break overall work here
They have for SURE stepped up a few notches over the years.. really enjoyed using these Pro hybrid solutions products 👍
If I can offer a suggestion, it would be to provide links to all of the products used in the video. Great video and keep up with this type of content. 👍
Paul, thank you. I know its helpful but I've never been a " here's the links to all the products used " type of guy😄 I know its helpful just dont want to be a salesman. I'll however gladly tell anyone who wants to know.. they just gotta ask!👍 I'll work on the links though as I know it's very helpful. It's a lot of time though to get everything and time isn't always of the essence for me😄😄
You can sign up to be an Amazon affiliate too, and make commission if anyone buys anything on Amazon for 24 hours after clicking your link, even products that have nothing to do with the product you linked to. You probably know all this already, but if not it's a good lil side cash stream
Great series mate, well done!
Keen to test the new TW out when available here in OZ.
Cheers Stuart
Thank you, Stuart! Appreciate that my friend! I think you will enjoy this new Turtlewax line!🤝
@@PapaSmurf918Detail hey Papa Smurf, love to join in tomorrow but will have to watch later-the day job beckons!
Have a great live show man!
Great job, great information provided, awesome job on the car
Thanks Mike!! Appreciate it brother!✊🤝
Guys I've used the flex max graphenw infused wax if you correct the paint and do as he says result are stunning to say the with two aspirations a year of protectoin
It's a great product.. I don't know about a year. More like 4-6 months depending on your location but maintained regularly it can go a long time!👍👍👍 appreciate you watching
Good products what about the temperature for work with it 👍🏾
Definitely!! I'd say anything under 40° F would be my limit as far as application. Appreciate you watching ! ✊
Excellent! Nothing like 2 mugs of early morning Coffee & your detailing video! 😊
SYL, Coffee and youtube is how I start my Saturday mornings as well! Doing that as we speak! 🤝✊
great video and tutorial Papa.b well
Thanks Richard I appreciate it buddy!
Do you think this would be a good product to use over collinite 845 as a water repellant?
Personally have never used The 845 but isn't it a carnauba based wax? If so I'd probably use the Flex as a base, then top with 845.
@@PapaSmurf918Detail it is but has other resins to make it a sealer. I see allot of detailers using this as a base and using something like TW ceramic as a drying agent. Id like to see you do a review on the 845 with some sort of drying topper. 845 seems to be the best bang as far as waxes go. I havent tried it yet but will this spring and experience with some toppers.
Ok cool.. right on for the information. I know Matt with OG loves jescar powerlock topped with 845.. I'll add it to my list of things to try before the year is over. I'm soooo backed up on products!😂
The green maxshine stalls as well?
Carlos, all DA polishers will stall at some point my friend. Its how they are designed.. my green ProG stalls a tad when on big contours yes but nothing horrible I can't manipulate 👍 if stalling is your fear look into forced rotation gear driven polishers. Or a rotory 🤝
@@PapaSmurf918Detail all good, just want to know because i heard people are complaining about that. Diggin the green stuff
@@Carlos.Rivera no problem.. personally don't really have a complaint about stalling on any of my 3 maxshine polishers 👍
Too bad you didn't have that Honda for more time. I would like to see how the Turtle stands up to some older products that have proven themselves over and over again. I did like the end results and if that car owner keeps up with the maintenance with Flex or another spray it will continue to shine.
Regards
Larry D
I know right?? I did just do a 3 week update and gave it a wash.. impressive sheeting. Video should be out this weekend!👍👍
I'll be waiting. Thumbs up. Need to keep it fresh and outside the box. Go where nobody else is. Easier said than done I know. TTYS BRO
@@larrydavisj haha absolutely man! I agree! Thanks buddy appreciate ya staying tuned!✊🤝
@@PapaSmurf918Detail always buddy, always!
A little off topic , but... Correct me if I'm wrong , but i noticed that your double stacked sterile plastic drawers are just one on top of another and you didn't remove the black top and locked them together... Right?
Sorry, not lurking, just sometimes my ocd bugs too much 😅
Jose, hahaha your good man, yeah I didnt remove the black top. Honestly didn't even think to do so!!!! Lol I will now attempt this weekend and next time if you see it point it out! Jose made me do it!😂🤣
The gloss on that Fit is so legit its the sh%t!!
😄😄 indeed it is the 💩 hahaha!! Turned out awesome and they as well as I, were very happy!
Good job you used a black applicator, becuse if you had used a light coloured one you would have seen its covered in black residue.
Thank you! Yup, black indeed it would have been! Thanks for taking the time to watch!
@@PapaSmurf918Detail really enjoyed the video a bought some a few days ago wish I'd have watched b4 I applied I found a bit grabbey should have used damp microfiber.
At least it proves there is graphene in it but applicator is pretty much trashed, couldn't clean it out.
@@brentbrindle1449 ehh application pads are cheap. I just saved that one for when I wanna use it again lol.
@@PapaSmurf918Detail ye agree but I applied with a plush microfiber just became a rag lol.live and learn have a good evening.
this or TW hybrid solutions ceramic spray coating?
From what I'm seeing, Flex wax will be my choice.👍👍
PapaSmurf, where did you get that applicator pad
Spazzman! Hey man! Sorry I didn't put links to everything.. it's not my style as I'm not trying to sell stuff but I do see how it can be helpful.. these are the application pads here

Sorry, couldn't be earlier but a friend from the office passed away due to hemorrhaging dengue. Some of the other employees who were friends with her and her husband helping out with funeral arrangements.
No apologies needed my friend. Sorry to hear that about your friend. My condolences HRG. 🤝
@@PapaSmurf918Detail she only had a son and the thing is she felt bad for a whole week and she thought she maybe had Coronavirus because the only thing she did was purchasing some groceries at another supermarket close to her mom's home when it was kinda crowded. So she isolated in a bedroom in her home so the rest of the family (husband, her son and 2 step children) weren't affected. But since she had a new gym out in her terrace apparently with rains a mosquito bit her. They didn't have pots where water could allow the mosquitoes to grow(Aedes aegypti) but you don't know about your neighbors and/or other surrounding areas. She started with the high fever but never had the lack of taste or smell/scent until 7 days passed. Then started with respiratory problems which she thought was due to the Coronavirus but when she started vomiting then she wanted to go to the hospital. At the hospital they said it was not Coronavirus and they kept her but died 3 days later because of the complications associated with dengue.
@@1stfrompuertorico568 that's absolutely terrible my friend. So sorry to hear.
Should you use the Flex wax or the Max wax as the base coat?
I'd opt for the max wax as the base coat👍✊️
@@PapaSmurf918Detail thanks, that’s what I’ve been doing and the gloss and slickness is amazing.
First haha.Sorry Humberto
