Deborah couldn't be more right - the person who does indeed find something to combat grey hair (let alone losing hair) is going to be so wealthy that they won't need to be pitching, they would be the one sitting on that chair to listen to pitches instead.

@@Torexeon I didn’t copy and paste anything. I did a search on Companies House and presented a summary. She starts companies, takes whatever cash she makes, doesn’t pay taxes, doesn’t provide accounts and walks away. Over 90% of failed companies comply with the law and submit accounts. All but one of hers didn’t. She’s a grifter. There’s nothing wrong with failure in business and corporation law recognises that because the easiest way not to fail is never to try. The purpose of limited liability is to protect people from ruination because their efforts were unsuccessful. You only risk the money you put into the venture. In return you have to follow the rules and prove the other investors and the government which underwrites the guarantee aren’t the victims of a dishonest action. She didn’t follow the rules and she did it over and over again. I’ve run businesses which failed but I always submitted accounts.

    1. make time to show up at the meeting, and
    2. even if I couldn't, would never send my partner in with a 5% non-negotiable ceiling on the equity.

It’s crazy how many comments say that the IV thing wouldn’t be a good investment. It’s huge here in the US. Every middle/upper class person gets them and they are customizable to what you need. A lot of people get them for hangovers, dehydration, etc. They are a little pricey but they aren’t meant to be done all the time. Lots of traveling nurses do this and make incredible amounts of money on IV drips alone.
