Mark has really great, logical points. If he would calmly talk to the other sharks, he would get his point across sooner. They always agree with him in the end, it just takes them a while to understand him because he yells over everyone.

The last one was incredibly hilarious. Pavlov ourselves by shocking ourselves every time we're about to go towards a bad habit. But the kicker being that we have to press the button ourselves to shock ourselves. Basically just rebranding shock collars and other shock items into a watch-like wearable, ALL FOR $200 LOL. And they're exactly right, if you have the discipline to press the button to shock yourself before you start your bad habit, it's much easier for your brain to just decide "I'm not going to shock myself" instead of associating the bad habit with the shock lollllll
Yep. If anyone presses that button to train a habit, it's gonna be someone else. A shock bracelet is gonna sell well to 2 kinds of people: online entertainers/content creators, and kinksters.

I still just can't believe that so many people completely misunderstand Pavlov's work... His focus was Classical Conditioning. But one of the key findings of his studies was that positive reinforcement is far better than negative reinforcement in nearly all cases, and while it takes longer to have an effect it leads to much longer-standing and beneficial effect. But everyone misunderstands it because they were never taught how his experiments with dogs actually worked, and negative reinforcement can sometimes lead to an "improvement" in behavior. That third product is absolutely ridiculous and has no scientific basis to prove it's legitimacy.

He always turns their scam into his own scam, like a shark…
I was hoping this video would include the one where he says he's allergic to scams. I can't remember what product that was, but it was incredible.
i mean its simple, kevin wants money he doesnt care about the people
Minus-Cal was a complete failure
They were trying to sell a box of 8 bars for $30.
After this show, Marks comment about them being a scam really didn't help.
They quickly lost traction in the market & quietly closed up shop.
😂
😂
The funniest pitch to me was Pavlok. The thing is I know the concept works, bc I used a similar concept, except it was with cheap rubber bands instead of an overpriced shock bracelet
Exactly!
pretty sure now they are like $30
@@sarahhe7828 I can buy a lifetime supply of rubber bands for $30
@@sarahhe7828 I wouldn't even buy it for 10$
And if I bought it for 9$ I would regret it afterwards
@@Coliflorez i wouldn't either but some people would. all i did was inform you that the price dropped
The Tycoon guy made a big mistake, had he got O'Leary on board he would have dramatically increased his chance of success. I would far rather have 50% of a large business than 95% of a tiny one that never took off.
Yes he should have had Mr. Wonderful on board because he would have made a ton of money
He couldn't take that deal because he knew it was a scam from jump. He couldn't promise nothing beyond the deal he was looking for
@@stephenmanuel9460 Well he would have 50k if it was a scam...not a bad scam if he could close...
Not even 100% chance of making money, but it creates a relationship with one of the most powerful business men.

"It seems like the sharks are not willing to invest. Let's motivate the sharks, with a controlled shock."
The last guy legit reinvented a shock collar lmaoooo
Lori cracked me up when she said “it’s a nowhere near-o”. 😂😂 That’s better than a hero or a zero. Love it.
That bar was fire
LMFOAOAOAOAOAOAOOAOAOA
I can just imagine she was keeping that in her holster itching to use it 😂
That’s the smooth reptilian brain of a female that find it amusing.
😂😂😂😂😂
Seller: “Hey guys! Chocolate chip cookie for $20!”
Mark: “How can you sell a chocolate chip cookie for $20?”
Seller: “When did I say I was selling a cookie for $20?”
"there's a molecule in the cookie called 0reo"
"How you got that molecule"
"What?"
😂😂😂.. points 👉 at cookies sign that says cookies 🍪 for 20$ on it
Lmao😂
lol exactly. Trying to backtrack and play semantics on words he used. "When did I say run fast? I said run quickly!"
More like:
Seller: This cookie has fewer calories than the other one, it's healthier.
Mark: What if I eat 30, tho?
Seller: That would be unhealthy
Mark: Aha! Scam! You said it's healthy!
soooooo many lessons about LIFE in this marvelous show, LEGENDARY
Pavlok is me trying to pass high school English class and presenting my final paper. "I gave you the pamphlet with all original citations, sir!"
The old guy totally defeated any chance that the minus-cal guys had at all
yep LNFAOOO
It’s not to lose weight!
The poster in question: “lose weight”
@@azophithe cameraman zooming in on the poster took me out 😭
Wow, Mark was out of #2 so fast that even Barbara was taken aback. 😆
because he read he scam right away. this is classic "oh if you invest $XXX, I will double your $$$"
Yeah, like you are stealing my move
Barbara was like thinking 'wait that's my move' lol
And for that reason, she's out
only other time I saw him go out that fast was for "Trackdays"
"Sharks we are here with the first ever movie based around the sport of motorcycle racing"
"IM OUT!"
Marks face when he said 'reptilian brain' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This dude took the chain around his dog and decided to make a wristband out of it. Sending electric shocks through you of have bad habits. Lmao. Hysterical
I like Mark, but what I like more is the fact that Robert calls him out on this one!
And for that reason Barbara was OUT!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Did you mean BS? 😂
But Mark was right ffs :D
Mark got proven to be right though at the end
@@julianbanks1885 Robert’s point was never about mark being right or wrong….
I can’t believe how quiet Mr. Wonderful was for that minus cal 😂😂
It’s because he backed it behind closed doors
@@BuffGuy71 He did? Where did you find this? That is interesting if it is true
He knew mark was right lol
Mark has a unique ability to quickly identify scams and his entrepreneurial vision is exceptional.
Robert told the story about how his poor parents got scammed out of the very little money they had, into buying a vacuum. He of all people, should understand why Mark did not even want to give a single second of airtime to those pill pushing scammers.
that story also shows that he may be able to sympathize and understand those who might fall for scams, which would explain why he dislikes Cuban's overbearing/"arrogant" attitude towards it
They still got a lot of airtime tho
Nah Robert made it a lot more entertaining tbh I’m glad he didn’t immediately dip😂😂😂
@@piequals314agreed. I don't disagree with what he asked, but how he asked. It made him seem like a bully. Even if he was right
He should at least let the others conclude for themselves

Damn, Mark's ability to call out bullshit almost instantly is legendary 😂
Being a scammer himself he knows how to point out one.
lmfaoaoaooaaoaooaoaooaoaoaaoaoaoaoaowowowowo nahhhhhh i’m weak
Kevin gave a great deal on the second offer, something most people would kill for and guiding the business into a much less exploitative model.
Or at least it would still be exploitative but in a smarter way, like making a minimum amount of money that can't be too small, or making sure the person still has money to fall back, those assurances would make it less scummy (tho it seems scummy to its core nonetheless)
i suspect some sarcasm in that
No kidding. That guy went pure dumbass and kissed away his golden ticket.
Man when dude said “trains your reptile brain” Mark almost lost it 🤣😂
Mark is a legend no wonder he is succesful big ups mark for not being ignorant
Mark's business sense works so quick, I've noticed when a business is legit and has potential of him investing, he goes dead silent until he makes a generous offer, and you know you want to invest in that business yourself because he rarely misses when he bats.
Kevin is hilarious... "I smell jail time~" lol.
Astute observation. Number one rule in negotiations is keep your mouth shut when the other person is talking. Every word out of their mouth gives you information which equals leverage. If you're talking and Mark isn't, best thing to do is keep it short and wrap it up quick, so he can start his interrogation. If you get to that point and he's still in, and ESPECIALLY if he doesn't interrupt the other sharks, you know he's definitely interested!
Yet Mark blew Uber and Ring, didn't invest in neither because he tought they weren't that good... I guess sometimes you win and sometimes you lose
Yeah, that's what thought about his crypto ventures.
@@Andino. except uber is bleeding money, just because it's popular doesn't mean it's a solid business model and will actually last. Uber is about the worst example of a good investment you could find
@@Andino. at the time ring wasn't profitable
I love how half the time Kevin just waits for the other sharks to go out so he can price gouge.
It is hilarious. Pavlok’s response was awesome.
And he usually gets it from straight up fear mongering the guests on what'll happen if they don't take the deal 🤣 ruthless
I love how Kevin cusses him out when he is denied the opportunity to do business with a scam. Absolute gold.
