@@mohammadnajjar3114A carnivore diet doesn't make a lot of waste because it is so nutrient dense. It is normal to have bowel evacuation every 2 to 3 days or longer. It's important to eat a lot of healthy fats to make evacuation smooth, painless and easy. How do you define constipation?

So happy to hear❤🎉 im so excited to start! Do you have tips on when you go out with family/friend outings? I see where ordering meat wont be an issue if its a restaurant but i am worried about sweet treats. Like me and my family often go get ice cream, etc. I dont mind making my own to take with me from heavy cream and honey, but i heard honey is bad for carnivore, is that something youve eliminated from your lifestyle change?

I’ve been carnivore only since 2017. So going on 7 years now. Zero deficiencies. I started it to cure my type 2 diabetes. My blood glucose went from an hourly avg of 250 to 85, measured every waking hour. And that happened in the first 24 hours. Diabetes is a sugar problem, not a fat problem. 4 months later confirmed cures by an HbA1c of 5.5% down from 11.8%. CURED.
Also reversed my cancer. It began to shrink twice as fast as it had been growing. NO MORE CANCER. This is a well known side effect of not eating carbs for a very long time now. Dont feed cancer what it needs, and it dies. It must have sugar to ferment for fuel. Dont eat carbs, starve the cancer. Cancer goes away. And in no particular order, cured the following problems I had for at leadt 20 years….
      - Kidney stones gone. At least one per month for at least two years before starting carnivore. GONE.
      - IBS gone
      - Asthma gone
      - Arthritis gone
      - Seasonal allergies gone
      - Mouth ulcers, previously about 3 or 4 times a year would erupt, making it very painful to even drink water, and eating was near impossible. GONE!
      - Yeast infections/heat rash/candida GONE
      - mental clarity! What an understatment!!!!
      - weight loss from 250 pounds to 190 pounds in 30 days. 60 pounds in one month! Hell yea!!
      - skin problems cleared up. Looked like psoriasis, never was diagnosed, but it went away, and has not returned.
All of those things happened within the first couple of months or faster. I did not expect to have any affect on anything but diabetes. So I was pleasantly surprised. I am not going back to plants. For any reason. I take only vitamin D3 supplements because I get so little sun. And I eat about 10,000 mg of salt a day. All other supplements are ZERO. Nada. Zip. Zilch. And I have bloodwork down at least once a year. Pisses of the docs at the V.A. For sure. They want me to take statins. I tell them to F-off. And where they can stick their statins.

I was poisoned by glyphosate while working as an Engineer from 1996 to 2003 in cornfields building manufacturing plants. We were always around the stuff because the farmers sprayed it, I could smell it in my clothes and in my car every day. By 2003 my health started to deteriorate in a way that I saw as 'ageing' related stuff, IBS, brain fog, dizziness, anxiety. By 2018 I had lymphoma. I recovered, but still had a lot of gut related issues, brain fog, dizziness, etc etc. I went the elimination route and kicked alcohol, then sugar and then fell on carnivore on July 2023. By November '23 all of the age related stuff had gone away.
Now, I am free of all that crap. Age 57, feel like I am 23. Strong, muscular, lean, agile, sharp minded, quick witted excited about the future. A friend asked me to be his personal trainer. I said you must change your diet first or I'm wasting your time. He went animal based and lost 19 pounds in 30 days while gaining 30% increase in strength in the gym. He looks like a new person, same results as Kerry here. I can even see it in his eyes...they sort of 'sparkle' with life. Its real. Our microbiome is our life. Its everything. We must treat it that way.

I went on carnivore and felt beyond amazing. Silly me, I felt like I was missing out not eating the fun stuff. My husband told me one day. "I have never seen someone become such a different person after eating sugar." He told me I become angry and have such a change in personality. I knew he was right. I didn't like hearing it, but I could feel it. After eating certain foods, I felt hot and irritable. I would get upset. My stomach would swell. I felt out of control. Maintaining in front of people became difficult. The next morning, I always felt better because the hours while sleeping without food almost felt like a do over an actual reset. As the day went on, I was right back to hating my life and feeling sick. I decided to love myself more and fight for a better life for me! Health is so important. ❤ Thank you

That's a beautiful aspect of the carnivore effect. I am much less triggered by anyone in public, but this was after years of mentally training myself not to be toxic or aggressive towards ignorant people, eating meat and eggs seems to be the best way to simply forget to be upset by it. I'm actually more social at work, which helps maintain a healthy work environment, and I make more money (I am a server and bartender, so it's my job to be social and engaging). Having the mental clarity to emotionally slow because I'm not socially anxious (because I don't have to mask as much to maintain my composer), makes being open more comfortable and I enjoy it more (and I'm an extrovert, but I'm also neurodiverse). It helps regulate my mental stability, emotional calmness and balance (being able to mentally regulate with lots of personality types at work), which allows me to make genuine emotional connections with people (and I love love ❤️). Enjoy whatever zen it gives you 🥰

If you add proper ferments like kimchi, sauerkraut and kefir to your “carnivore” diet not only your health will improve but actually you will be fine eating carbs once in a while. And if you lose weight definitely your health will improve, not necessarily because of Carnivore but because the lost weight. Not advice try it on your own. Biodiversity is key. Sometimes an onion or bell pepper or cheese or mushrooms with my meat for a change or sugar in my tea. I have cut down the quantity (tea). Dr . I am in the middle of my third week on carnivore. I have had zero cravings or physical withdrawals. At the completion of week two my little girl and I made strawberry short cake cupcakes for her birthday party. As I thought about the long game I’m playing here, I thought, “I think it will be alright if I enjoy a cupcake in celebration of my daughter turning 5. I mean it’s made with freshly milled organic wheat, coconut sugar, farm fresh eggs, raw milk and cream cheese, home made vanilla extract. It’ll be fine.”
The next morning I woke up with a painfully sore throat, bright yellow mucus all throughout my sinuses, and my gums and jaw were swollen and sore.” It has been four days and I’m still not at 100%. Hopeful for tomorrow and grateful for the feedback that my body gave me. It wasn’t worth it. I didn’t need it, my body wasn’t craving it. It was a completely emotional thought.

I've cheated multiple times on carnivore and I'm currently at 100lbs loss since March. Cheating a few times won't end your progress. It's when you switch your diet to majority junk food is when you start going back to bad habits. I had pizza, ate chipotle burritos a few times (okay probably more than a few) and popcorn when I go to the movies. My main reason for carnivore is weight loss, however if you suffer with autoimmune issues then the "cheating" experience can be more serious.

I am 11 months into Carnivore but I realise now that perhaps it will take 2 years or more to completely heal my microbiome. I have recently discovered that my skin has improved once I started eating more fat, but not meat fat but instead grass-fed butter and in just a few weeks, it is making such a difference. Clearly the bacteria in my gut have been craving butter fat as I was avoiding dairy totally for so many months. I am now eating a lot more butter each day, and dry skin problems are also disappearing, which is a first in years. Thank you again for all that you do.😀

I had clinical depression when I was prescribed Zoloft and was on it for 5 years! Wasn't sad crying but wasn't ever really happy or excited which is my real personality.
After some professional Christian counseling I came to the realization that the stress of my dad dying, my loveless 14 year marriage wasn't the reason for my depression. My guts were churning, I was eating anything for comfort, gained a lot of weight. Doctor put me on synthoid for my thyroid ( on it for 8 years, blood tests every 6 months, finally in covid year doctor tells me my numbers have been good for the last few years 🤪 took me off synthoid and wanted to put me on cholesterol medicine 💊! Quite a few are on medication for one thing or another, whereas I'm on none now, I was on over ten medications before.

UK here too, my fam thinks I'm mad but the results speak for themselves, meds dropped, weight dropped, inflammation gone. RLS gone. I still battle with treats, but they don't help my brain wants them the body says no. I've since discovered I cannot eat bread, that was a game changer, and milk. My get up and go was none, its coming back, and I'm about 16 months in. My stomach was bleeding I had a camera down Sept 21 I took no meds to help, but ginger & hot water first thing in the morning. Stomach is rock solid now. I had RA/FM do I still have it? I don't know.

Hi Kent in UK as well and found this so helpful. Well done no meds !!
I still have cheat times and takes ages to get back on track. Makes sense now !! watched Joe Rogan and Jordon about 4 years ago it was when he talked about depression and that was my trigger to go carnivore. also pre diabetic Now medication free, not chubby anymore and more in control, will certainly stop cheating. Ps my family and friends think I'm nuts but I just know how much better I feel.
Be great if we had carnivore restaurants to meet fellow meat lovers but sadly would encourage more riots!!!

I have had depression and put on Xanax and Zoloft when it first came out and the day they doubled my dosages I ended up overdosing 30 years ago. I had PTSD and panic attacks. I just fell off carnivore 4 days ago and last night my panic and anxiety and depression came on full force. This is no joke. Not just the sugar coma after eating but I feel so crabby. Two more days housesitting and I go back home alone where I do not have junk food in my apartment. I cannot wait to get back on carnivore. I am over my mood.

I am really struggling to stick to it. But I finally got off coffee and dairy. One day at a time. Food was everything. I loved baking from a young age and did that with my kids. They beg to bake with me again and it is so hard!!😢 Especially around the holidays. I have an autoimmune disease and I will stick with carnivore strict for a while until a holiday comes around, I’ll eat junk and then majority of my symptoms come back. So then I spend another month getting rid of them all over again. It’s disheartening. But I’m slowly learning this is my new life. I can’t keep going back. This video really helped show me why it is so important to stick with it. Thank you 🙏

That was a lot of things I didn't have any idea about. Thank you. I am on keto for one year, transitioning back and forth from keto and carnivore now. My body started to breakdown couple of years ago and for 37 year old male at that time that was blow on confidence. So it was emergency transitioning to keto and it worked. At first it felt like miracle, then I understood that it should be our normal human state. Now I started to associate even my older health problems with excess carbs consumption. Its just a theory that this was the cause. I had varicose vein surgery in my left leg at age 33-34 (obviously to early). After that I still experienced pulsations and heaviness in my legs, more on the "healthy" right leg. After I went on keto pulsations intensified for maybe couple of months and the slowly started to fade away. You know that you really recovered when you forget that you had a problem at all. Just like that couple of months ago I thought 'wait a moment, I don't remember having pulsations and heaviness in my legs for some time now:D So I think its a fair assessment that higher blood sugar levels were ruining my leg veins health.

Fortunately I have a Dr who was able to inform me that these are fructose / sugar feeders, & I decided to cut out all sources of sugar / carbs to starve them out. I enjoyed this video. As a Physician & Carnivore advocate , I’ve been troubled with the so called experts that claim fiber is necessary for the gut biome. However, this podcast disappointed me, in that it doesn’t present any of the research demonstrating that one gut biome can flourish on protein & fat just like the rest of us. Two the research that demonstrates the bad bacteria flourish on starches vs the good on proteins & fat. Cheers, Dr. Ginge. Looking for scientific studies research on the great World Wide Web is incredibly frustrating as it is overwhelmingly censored.

I started to cry when I heard her story because I can relate so much. I also had a prayer journal when I found the Carnivore diet I believe God led me to this diet no doubt. I thank God for my husband because he would do anything to help me feel better. I went through the worst depression and anxiety I had ever experienced in my life. So eventually my husband bought me a puppy to help with the depression; at the same time I started regular keto with veggies and meat. Three days in my puppy got sick from eating something she wasn't suppose to, I did some research to find a remedy for her. She was only 7 weeks old at this time and weighed under 1.5 pounds (super small). I was so concerned for her and while I found her a remedy I also found the Carnivore diet for humans too lol. This diet was an answered prayer, my anxiety cleared up in 7 days. That's right in one week my anxiety and depression was gone completely. Along with the many prayers I was also taking probiotics every morning and night; this could have accelerated the progress I got. My family was so thrilled to see me feeling so much better they were all believers in the diet and started along with me too. Since I have cleared up my: depression, anxiety, pre diabetic symptoms, clear skin, faster thinking, better mood. I am back in the gym and working on a new career path. Meat heals and God is real he led me to this so I can heal, forever grateful.
