The "long end" of The Return of the King seems long because the plot of the movie ends when the ring is destroyed, all the scenes after that is the story wrapping up. Those scenes being in the movie is 100% justified and in my opinion necessary.

While I'm not by any means qualified, I would've done the door closing scene at the end a bit differently. I would've had Sam and his family inherit Bag End, walk through the door into the house, and end on a shot of the door with the mark that Gandalf left there all those years ago from The Hobbit clearly in view.
I feel like it would be fitting to pay tribute to Bilbo's adventures as well as Frodo and Sam's own experiences. It would be as if to say, "This humble home is the residence of true but unlikely heroes, and will remain so."

Hey Suspect, I'm surprise you didn't notice this one: The Fellowship camps out. Strider says I'm gonna go take a look around. He's gone for hours, and doesn't even notice the fn Ring Wraiths approaching while he's out taking his look around. WTH? Frodo gets stabbed, and they have to take him to Rivendale...which is SIX days away. And about five minutes into that trip they just happen to bump into Strider's hot ass elf girlfriend...who lives in Rivendale, 6 days away. Hm, so Strider is gone for a few hours, distracted from his mission, and oh btw his hot ass elf girlfriend just so happens to be right near by? C'mon people, Strider was doing some Will Riker mission accomplished right there.

2:07:13 Too be fair, I think I would be forgetting someone's name if I only interacted with him once before getting separated from the team. Yeah, in the original Fellowship of the Ring, the line where Legolas says, "And you have my bow," is the only onscreen interaction between him and Frodo. After which, the two never interacts with each other, until the moment where the Fellowship reunites and upon Sauron's destruction.

It was gonna be unexpected journey as normal and then Smaug would have died halfway through the second movie and the rest would’ve been the battle of the five armies. About 4 months before unexpected journey came out however the studio told Jackson that he should make it a trilogy and there was risk of him getting kicked off the movie if he didn’t

Anyone else realised that after scene where Gollum bites off Frodo’s finger his finger magically regrows back.

Well about the whole Witch King scene, you could say that since he was able to sense that Pippin did not have the ring. However it is still stupid how he just flies away without even trying to kill Gandalf. That was just ridiculous.

Please do the hobbit trilogy, your comedic approach to movie reviews would be amazing against the mixed quality of the films

To be fair the elves have been known to be incredibly presumptuous about their own talents and place in the world as the 'fairest' race. This is likely a social construct that comes from the fact that they were the first corporeal race to be conceived of, and were made to be the most idealistic physical embodiment of beauty. So good ol' G'Adele down-under isn't necessarily wrong in the opening but is certainly justified in her own mind with such a statement.

Is funny how he says how implausible the part with the beacon is when this happened in life with the Great Wall of China.

Elves don't even appear at Helm's Deep in the book (other than Legolas) so it's not as if changing the leader of the elves in the film would've made it more accurate.

Btw they would of had a base camp set up before marching to the black gate, thus fighting on foot. So it makes sense.

That Skyrim clip in FOTR is waay to true. I can not play Skyrim without my LOTR weapons mod. And the one adds the One Ring. Had one that added nazguls too at point. Took it off cos new characters kept getting demolished by them.
