I don't know if you need to adjust the cold brew machine in any way in order to brew espresso instead of coffee. but if you could brew a half keg of espresso shots then you could make three days worth of frappe bases. heck you could even combine it with milk and use a separate pitcher for iced non frappe drinks (iced latte, iced mocha etc...)
