the dillution actually helps here because they added 3 tbsps of cocoa powder (that is too strong)! Less than a tablespoon is usually enough

Grass jelly maybe if normal jelly making way use chocolate then try make that as chocolate flavoured jelly then maybe nice sometimes sweeter?
You can make chocolate jelly instead of grass jelly. The sweetness of the chocolate jelly can be increased or decreased according to preference. but will get a slightly different texture from grass jelly. 😍🥰😍🥰😍

I winced at the beginning. As someone who drinks iced/hot cocoa a lot, 1 tbsp is usually more than enough for one serving. Some people even use just a few teaspoons. 3 tbsps is too strong and could make you feel hyper for some time. Adding plenty of ice might eventually dillute that cocoa mix, but it’s not gonna stop you from feeling high. It might even make you hyperventilate.
Also, cocoa powder contains fat, which is hydrophobic. This means cocoa powder is hard to dissolve in water/milk. Heck, it doesn’t even completely dissolve at all; it just turns into a suspension.
Anyways, It would’ve been wiser to add the hot water first because heat helps dissolve the powder. Add the condensed milk afterward.
As for me, I like to have 2 or 3 Tbsp as I love strong flavors. So every individual can change recipe bit as needed/wanted

i would assume if there's no modifier, it's just regular cow's milk.
i dont waste time by doing this all. i simply grab my fav chocolate milk with double chocolate mocha coffee flavor and blend it with ice. tadaaa🎉 trust me its more delicious 😋🎉

I don't think brand matters as much as the amount of sweetness it has. Each brand has their own level of sweetness options
