I currently play a DG 120 s300 straight in or X100 softstepped. Other shaft I fit in well was Madus 115 stiff. What would you recommend? Could I softstep a Red 120?
Sorry for the delayed reply. The Accra shafts do okey pretty too balanced so in line with the DG120. You could certainly sift-step the Red 120 - these might feel a little firmer and in principle should reduce spin a little too
Hi CC. Standard tipping on the 6i is 2.5” with 1/2” increments down to 9i with a 1/4” increment on PW and subsequent wedges. Therefore standard tipping on a 4i would be 1.5” and 3” on a 7” Tipping can be 1” more or 1” less throughout to slight stiffen or soften the profile.
is there much difference between the Isteel Green and Red in term of feel?
The red is a firmer tip so is a stiffer feeling shaft and is 5g heavier to relative flex as well

@@Precision_Golf lets say I'd want a 115 to play softer, I would tip it 1.5" in a 6 iron?
Any idea on price point on TZ iron shaft?
These will be approximately £100 per shaft inc Vat when SST Pured, gripped and installed
