Yes.Em ..we can do it ... These are some Dumbell exercises which we are doing with the resistance band using its resistance which would have been weights in the Dumbell senario..... It's can done by all levels ...and can also help you be more flexible .... Both strength and conditioning... 💪💥😇💯

Just gripping the bands helps, but look up specific arm wrestling exercises with straps and weight, and replicate those with the bands.
