+Lyme Steals God Heals , does the + still work to get a notification of a direct mention for someone? I don't see many using it anymore. It used to automatically add the + and give the person a notification

+this person To be completely honest, I haven’t figured out the + and all its different functions and/or lack of functions. I use the apps and since TH-cam has an automatic reply option, I use that and sometimes it adds the plus sign, other times it doesn’t. I will say I don’t get notifications if another blogger replies to a comment I leave on their channel, so maybe there’s a setting I need to configure. Sorry I couldn’t help more than this.

Hope it's not too late to ask some questions. What kind of soap AND shampoo do you use in the shower? Along the same lines, what kind of detergent do you use to wash your clothes? Different topic: I've seen The Little Mermaid towel and sweatshirt in your vlogs. She is my favorite Disney character. Is that your favorite Disney character?

+Dawn Crain Definitely not too late! I’ll make sure I save these questions for when I film the other Q&A video and/or throughout the series I’m gonna use to tell “My Health/Lyme journey” story, without it being one huge, super long video.
A few I can answer right now:
      - We actually make our own detergent. I don’t have the recipe right now, but I could find it for you. Easy to make and lasts a while. Uses arm and hammer baking soda, arm and hammer washing soda, Castile soap, water, and essential oils of choice (or none; we use peppermint oil usually). I just don’t know the amounts off the top of my head. I’m super, SUPER sensitive to smells, so this is the only option we can use right now.
      - For soap and shampoo, I don’t have great options just because there is so much junk out there. I use an unscented body wash/shampoo combo and order it off amazon. I believe the brand is Baja Baby and searching “Baja baby shampoo and body wash” or something like that should make it show up on Amazon. It does work well as shampoo for me, it lathers pretty well. I use conditioner when I feel up to it, though, and I’m totally blanking in the name of the fragrance free conditioner I use, but I think it’s the same conditioner I use in one of my first few videos where I discuss fragrance free products. I don’t use their shampoo, though, never felt clean and got way too tangly.
      - I have a bar of young living’s Valor soap that I use, since the only smell is the actual essential oil blend itself, but when I run out, I’ll probably go back to using the body wash, or get some baking soda based unscented soap (there’s a brand that says something about “grandpa’s old fashioned baking soda soap” or something similar...sorry I’m not getting all the details 100%!), or use Castile soap.
      - For my face, it’s the one place I have given a little leeway just because it’s worth it, and to cleanse/exfoliate, I use the charcoal facial cleansing stick from Tarte cosmetics. For everyday use it’s a little rough, probably, but I’m rarely, if ever, able to take a shower more than every couple-three days right now. Reality of the Lyme life, it won’t always be that way. But I can recommend exploring the websites realpurity (dot) com and 100percentpure (dot) come.
Sorry for the formatting; don’t want TH-cam to flag my own comment as spam on my channel due to links. ;-)
And ohhhh yes, Ariel has been my favorite since before I can remember (I was not quite 3 when it first came out, and I’ve been obsessed with everything Little Mermaid ever since-some of my very favorite memories involve Ariel/the movie, even the sequel and prequel. Although nothing is close to the original.❤️

Do you ever think of these questions to be rude to you, or irritating like they get asked so many times and should be obvious to what the answers are?
Is your disease more like a neurological thing that causes different symptoms rather than a physical one that has visible bacteria that could be treated directly with antibiotics and treatment on the spot?
I could get the cold or flu and that can be treated with medications to fight the bacteria that would cause it, but it isn't a disease like cancer or a tumor where it's like a neurological attack on your own body with how the cells themself just get out of control and attack your own body.
They might not be the best examples, but I hope you understand what I mean.

+this person I don’t ever get annoyed or anything like that when people are asking questions; at one point, I was a person who knew none of this, so I had to ask and I’m glad others could answer. I’m more than happy to share anything I can on this channel.
I’m not sure if you are asking those questions, or just using them as an example, but I think they’ll all eventually be answered when I post the other videos I mention I’m planning to film in this one. It’s hard for me to type the replies out, so if you ARE asking, don’t worry, I bet I’ll get to them in either the other Q&A I mentioned, or in one or more of my health/Lyme story videos when I’m able to record.
      Thanks for understanding.💚

Lyme Steals God Heals , I don't know what I'm asking. I was thinking of it like how lyme works. Is it some kind of bacteria or something that causes it or is it different ones? Is it one that just affects your brain to cause different symptoms that can't be treated by just one medication or way?
I was thinking of those like examples of what I'm asking. Cancer could be caused by different things, but there isn't just a medication to get rid of it. The body cells just start to get out of control against itself. A cold or some other sickness could be treated with a medication to get rid of it even though it can cause different symptoms, there is a certain bacteria that can cause it.
I don't know much about lyme, but I could read some more about it.

+this person I invite you to check out my website at lymeislame (dot) com.
(Can’t type the link or it will filter as spam)
I started that blog long before starting this channel, and I have my personal story as well as other information on that site that may answer some of what you’re asking. Other than that, I’ll probably end up answering those questions as part of my Lyme Story series, even though I have no idea when I’m gonna feel well enough to organize notes for those videos.
