No, not possible. Why would tip an old woman from her home, to move across the world and live in a society that is completely different? She was surrounded with family, had her own house, the family supports itself well enough to eat and the children can even go to school. What I learned, was that no money in the world can replace love and warm people around you. Also: by being adopted, she doesn't know the language, so there is no way to communicate. So, would taking her with us still be a good choice? Sadly, as this is already 4 years old, the mother passed away two years ago. But again, surrounded by family after having a full life!
Didn’t you understand? Her mother was widowed, when she got pregnant with this girl. She went away from her village to have her, so no one in the village knew about her “shame”. They couldn’t announce to the whole world about it because of it, and maybe this is the first and last time they’ll meet - so the woman can live in peace without raising suspicions and her daughter can live in peace after knowing her birth mother.
She is not her “real” mother, she is just her birth mother. Her real mother is the one behind all those years of support that has gotten her where she is today.
I see these videos and I'm nothing but grateful. Being raised by your biological parents, being able to know my individuality and knowing where I belong is a blessing. I understand what she might be feeling when she realized she's adopted ❤
I think they silently met her . They didn't want the mother to be exposed as she gave birth when she was a widow ... I can't imagine the plight of the mother ..
@@drmeghanabagalkotkar.official Yeah, the society is so patriarchal that many widows , abandoned women, sent back women or unmarried women hide their pregnancy and health concerns during pregnancy out of people's fears ,nnot receiving cares and guidance and medicines, during pregnancy, amd have to give birth in secrecy in a secluded often dirty unhygienic place with no care or guidance and are culturally forced to abandon their new babies in orphanage forest, trees or roadsides cos they have no male only guardian to attach surname to, cos 'Single mothers' and their children are often targets for violence in such a male dominated society. So, she may have chosen to keep her mother's identity a secret , so that the village people cannot molest her mum.

Thats why they had to go in disguise as surveyors so they could meet her and not let any of the community/family know, especially in her old age they would throw her out. That's the sad reality in such conservative societies. Besides its best to leave an old woman like her in their communal homes where they are comfortable and cared for modern medicine would put too much of a strain on them.
You people don't understand you live in a world far different from theirs. Why attack the young woman who traveled all the way just to find her genetic link. She doesn't owe that woman anything for just carrying her to labor, They don't know each other they're strangers. Her real mother is back home in Belgium. Besides there's nothing she could have done either way. Just because she lays on a bamboo mat out in her courtyard and moving slow with wrinkly skin isn't because she needs medical attention, it's because of old age. There's nothing you can do. She is a very old woman. Dragging her to a hospital won't fix anything it could actually have adverse effects they are probably used to herbal medications.
Dude! The whole family there looks fine? What are you on about? She is an old lady let her live her life. Leave the poor girl alone all she did was go on a search. If her mother really wanted to become acquainted she would have welcomed her with open arms not keep everything hush hush. They just whispered and went their own way. They had to act as surveyors not to gain the attention of the community. You are deluded man. Go and do whatever you want in. Give her rice I bet she's so poor! Oh poor woman boo hoo. Wake up dude many people live like her biological mother. They live amazing rich lives because that is their way of life. They are used to sleeping in the veranda, they live in huts in the country side doing cotton business. Just because it looks a certain way doesn't mean they are deprived of anything. Prejudice much?

That birth mother dint even give her a hug or showed any happiness of seeing her daughter after long time. I think she should be happy and grateful to her adoptive parents who gave her true love and this good life to her.
For everyone telling her to take her mother with her.....how can she? No one knows who she is and what their relationship is. No one knows she has a daughter and they did this whole "survey" thing so no one will suspect anything. As she said she just wanted her to know who her daughter was and she wanted to see who gave birth to her.
That is so sad that even after 28 yrs, the birth mother can not openly acknowledge her birth daughter and she will have to die with that secret just because the society she lives in sees it as a shame.
Ro Ja alright calm down there. She is just asking why she couldn’t openly accept her daughter. That could be because she didn’t understand or watch the particular part of the video. You’re getting way too rattled up over a comment that may have been a genuine question.
Yeah! Maybe she thought to keep her secret of baby safe because they mentioned that when her mother gave her to them, she was widowed and nobody in that family knew about her.

Birth mother is everything ❤ but I beleive paalne vala peda karne vaale se zyada bada hota hai, ❤ the one who owns you and take care of you is more bigger than the one who gives birth and leave
as an adoptee this was so special. We just want to be able to look at someone who looks like us, we want to know our ancestry, we want to know our genetic line. My parents are my heart and soul, but their ancestors are not my ancestors
Yet in real life none of that matters in the least.I met my bio family and just had complete disgust.I want nothing from them and if I never saw any of them again it would not bother me.Oh yes what a connection.Rubbish
She can't do anything about it. Her mother can't accept in front of everyone that its her daughter because if she does that it will affect her current situation. Her mom probably got married to someone else and truth of her having daughter when she was widowed might ruin everything for her. The woman told her secretly that its her daughter.
Rashi Koranne ...true!!! Losing the luxury of sleeping in the dirt in a poverty stricken area would be SUCH a lost freedom!!! Its shameful that her daughter would leave her mother lying in the dirt outside a dump of a home, when the daughter leads a western life!

I am of indian origin and I find such ways a tragedy of India. Inequitabke treatment of women and people by caste is beyond disgusting. Such ways will always hold India guilty for crimes against humanity
H DB I don’t think so.Corruption and overpopulation are the main culprits.Other causes are the patriarchal system and Victorian era “morality” .The situation would be the same even if she were higher in the caste hierarchy
The people judging the girl saying she should've "taken" her mother with her are ignoring the fact that it's not a piece of cake to just "take" someone away. The meeting itself was done in the guise of a survey and what if the mother wouldn't want to leave her place and go with her ? It's just so sad to see people passing judgement instead of being happy that she finally found her roots. May their families stay blessed. ❤️

She is lucky to have a husband who was so caring and helping her in finding her mom...I think she should not leave her mom in that village but take her along with her...she is old and she is lucky to see her mom alive ...she should spend the last few years wit her mom..that would be a happy Ending..
AGATE INDIA yes ur right
Yes u right
Didn’t you understand? Her mother was widowed, when she got pregnant with this girl. She went away from her village to have her, so no one in the village knew about her “shame”. They couldn’t announce to the whole world about it because of it, and maybe this is the first and last time they’ll meet - so the woman can live in peace without raising suspicions and her daughter can live in peace after knowing her birth mother.
God bless the loving daughter wanting to meet her real mother. Such genuine people. Thank God for everything.
She is not her “real” mother, she is just her birth mother. Her real mother is the one behind all those years of support that has gotten her where she is today.
The moment she touches her mother hand I started crying

I see these videos and I'm nothing but grateful. Being raised by your biological parents, being able to know my individuality and knowing where I belong is a blessing. I understand what she might be feeling when she realized she's adopted ❤
This is so sad she can't even tell people thats her daughter. Very touching.
Please take her with you, at this stage she needs someone to take care of her, I'm flooded with tears.😢

So, she may have chosen to keep her mother's identity a secret , so that the village people cannot molest her mum.
a daughter would only know the importance of the smallest stone from mum's home.....🤱🤱🤱😍🥰😘🤗

How can someone dislike this piece of happiness.
Heart melting but take her to hospital too please
Chansouda Lengsavath yah...helping her would be great...as she had her for nine mnth..n labour pain...
She couldn't help her. If you watched the lady mentioned she had anusja out of marriage after she was widowed. In that sort of cultural setting she would have a lot of backlash and she would be on the streets and left for dead along with her child. Her best course of action was to give the kid away.
Wonderful come let me clap for you! *claps*
How nice! It's good that the daughter finally saw her mother, whether or not they see each other again, the daughter realizes that the mother gave her life and graciously gave her up for a better life...nothing could be better than that :). God Bless her

She can't do anything about it. Her mother can't accept in front of everyone that its her daughter because if she does that it will affect her current situation. Guys read the text or listen to the conversation. They are making it as a secret as she has a baby as widowed. It's a big shame in a conservative places. They tell person around they are doing surveys. The lady was whispering to the mother telling her that she is her daughter...
We never know what happened afterwards, but I'm sure she is taking her with all her ability without causing any problems
merry1402 indah yeah right
She could always take her mother back to her country if she wanted to. Immigration laws in European countries allow that.
Hi,why they whispered to the mother instead of telling to everyone that's her daughter..i dunno why they blur the face also
The people judging the girl saying she should've "taken" her mother with her are ignoring the fact that it's not a piece of cake to just "take" someone away.
The meeting itself was done in the guise of a survey and what if the mother wouldn't want to leave her place and go with her ?
It's just so sad to see people passing judgement instead of being happy that she finally found her roots.

God wanted this woman to be adopted. She would have never survived that type of poverty
Why she didn't stay with mother at least one day..
Village is unknown for her and her family. Its only a part of meeting with her mother as she is survived.
The child was born outside of marriage. The mother gave the daughter up right after birth to hide her from the family. She couldn’t stay with the mother bc the mother has another family that doesn’t know about her existence. That’s why they did a fake “survey” and randomly talked to other aunties in the village. So 1) the attention wasn’t on the mother and 2) so the village doesn’t know that the mother gave birth to a daughter that was later put out for adoption. That’s why they only whispered to each other too. And why the mothers face is blurred. She was a “secret child” so she came and left secretly too. Sad situation for the daughter. She can’t stay with her mother bc her mother hid her from everyone
