Coach needs to run this who dual back before the next practice starts. It won’t take up too much of practice time. Not a happy ESU Grad after seeing this. People with the agenda to try and force Freestyle onto the entire country pushed this issue of Women's Freestyle and held up women's college wrestling by doing so.

You are probably referrnig to the ankle lace. Sinking the lace in can end a match, because the defender can't stop the rolling. I really think they should change the rule to prevent more than 4 points being scored with that move.

I didn't realize college women were using freestyle rules.
the men should do the same. It prepares them for international competition.

Retired coach and ASICS all American here: folkstyle wrestling is entirely worthless and needs to be abolished and forgotten.

They are using freestyle rules. Exposing the opponent's back to the mat gives you 2 points in freestyle.

It’s freestyle point systems for teams so they’re a little different than folkstyle rules
